Very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed reservation, but I was not allowed to check in. The hotel required a security deposit, and because I couldn’t pay it, they refused to let me stay. As a result, I lost my booking and my money. The staff were not helpful and did not offer any alternative solution. If a security deposit is mandatory, it should be clearly stated before guests make a reservation to avoid situations like this. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel. and i was very tired coming from airport and no cash in my hand  serious very bad hotel i ask them cancel my booking they don’t wnat

Overall, it was a very good accommodation experience. rooms is big. Got fridge,hair dryer, everything completed. But TV channel is very limited. Location is very good ,walking distance in around 5mins can reach MRT ,LRT, Monorails station.

The hotel was really close to petaling street, and had a clean room and bathroom

Perfect location and friendly staff, but room comfort needs improvement We chose this hotel for a 4-night stay because we needed a convenient place to stay before catching our flight to Medan. While the location and service were excellent, the room itself had some issues.

Malay receptionist is very inconsiderate despite raining outside when we nicely tell later night will give the deposit but he asked us to go atm withdraw. No deposit no check in, no clear instruction given and we had to dragged few luggage to go up stairs with stairs. Turned out it’s a very cheap rundown hotel but we paid triple the price to check in on the day. We just move out straight away and they charged for 1night. Not safe to stay with just 2 girl

Good place to stay, some kind of vibe when inside the hotel easy access to happening place like shopping or for meal the room cost also affordable.... Last word, all good n enjoy🥳🥳😁😁👍👍

This is the type of hotel you book because you're going to pass out as soon as you get back. There are cockroaches. The central AC doesn't work well enough and we're not even in the hottest season yet. Asked the front desk to check and a man came to see if I could move to another room then just didn't come back. I assume because every room was like that, but still would've been nice to know. It was way too uncomfortable to fall asleep. So if you stay here for the location, it'd better be to check out the cocktail bars nearby.

Check in was smooth and requires a refundable RM100 deposit. A bit unusual lay out of the hotel. From reception, take a lift to the 2nd level then walk along a corridor to another lift to go up to yr room. Hotel is a bit on the older side and probably need an upgrade. Room was ok. Clean with kettle and coffee and amenities. However, these are not replenished everyday as house keeping is only available upon request for the duration of your stay. Location right in Chinatown area with lots of eateries and shops. MRT/LRT just a short walk away. Overall, for the price paid, decent place to stay.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! 🤗 And the staff are super friendly. They sent me photos with directions before I arrived on the same day, which made it so easy to find. I booked a twin room, but they upgraded me to a two-room suite, which made my trip so much more comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect, directly connected to MixC Mall, making it super convenient to get there. You can see the escalator connecting to MixC Mall as soon as you exit on the 8th floor. In the evenings, you can even catch a mini laser show from your window. I realized I left some clothes in the wardrobe after checking out, but they took great care of my lost belongings – I'm so grateful! And to top it all off, they gave me a Qingdao magnet as a farewell gift. Thank you so much! 🙏

Location ok..room ok..aircond sejuk sangat dengan harga bajet

The location is fantastic, right on Market Street. Across the road, there's the famous and long-established Ayam Bo Chicken Rice and grilled fish. And don't worry about parking, there are three paid parking lots right opposite. There are also many halal shops on both sides, and it's become a popular spot with a lot of Malay customers.

Really love my 1 night stay here around April 2026 to prevent jet leg from my flight and just have some rest before my class starts. The hotel is located really in Chinatown but its like a combo of a shop infront of it and inside is the hotel and everything around there at night is just so fun and good to see , even get the view of the iconic Merdeka tower from my room though the window shape is a bit awkward. Though the train station is near you would need to walk abit to reach there and not recommended for someone who brings big luggages like me lol. Nevertheless the best stay and rest I ever had , everything is complete and cozy (hot water , basic shower stuff and aircond) even tho navigating in the hotel is abit confusing since the building is like a long stretch with different building combination.

this is my second time here. this hotel located approximately 7min from mrt Pasar Seni which i found it convinience to walk. there are a lot of food shop nearby, there are mee tarik, mixue and many more cafe. the room was clean. toiletries are provided such as shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush. everything was good and the receptio. staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will repeat my stay here.
