I've been planning to stay at The Majestic Hotel for a long time. Finally we decided to celebrate our 30th Anniversary here. I requested the hotel to decorate our room for this event and they did it. We cherish our special day here with an evening tea set and one of the staff took an effort by giving us slice of Anniversary cake...we do appreciate it. We booked a Governor room which is quite spacious and elegant. The colonial design made us feel that we were back in that time era. We really enjoyed ourselves and glad that we've booked the best hotel to celebrate our special day.

We've stayed here many times, especially over Xmas. In fact, we would have been one of the earliest guests when it first opened. The location is great esp with KL Sentral mrt within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a hiccup after checking in, 2x single beds instead of a double, but it was quickly fixed. Our only criticism is the rooms need to be given an uplift, showing their age. We will be back again.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

Some personal feedback: Pros: ‼️ Location, location and location - While everywhere was jammed during countdown eve, the Grab driver was shocked our location was sooo smooth. From KLCC back to hotel was a breeze. ‼️ Water was refilled daily 👍 Cons: ❌ No bar fridge 😱 ❌ Phone was spoilt ❌ Office chair cushion literally sink in when seated omg. ❌ Hot water erratic and rain shower anyhow splash ❌ Noise - No way to sleep when someone is showering. Overall, breakfast was decent standard will likely stay here again in my next stay but hopefully not 20 years later. Cheers.

Service was prompt and courteous. Breakfast buffet spread not premium but acceptable. Won’t mind returning here for a shopping weekend retreat getaway!

1. I want to commend Rajish for being nice. He is the bell-guard. He told us where to get an easy access of the MRT, food outlets etc. He also helped us book a taxi thru Airasia Drive when we checked out. 2. To Suman, he is soooo sweet. He is a Nepali waiter at the Scott Hotel Cafe-Restaurant. He kept asking how our food was, making sure we got what we ordered for breakfast. He got the sweetest smile for everybody who are coming into the restaurant to eat. THE OWNER IS SO LUCKY TO HAVE NEPALI STAFF IN HIS RESTAURANT. THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING. 3. Our room was spacious. Salute to the rain shower in our room. The water pressure was amazing. WE DIDNT USE THE AIRCON AS THE FAN WAS SO PERFECT which made the ventilation not suffocating. 4. The hotel is near the MRT station. There is also minimart at the gas station nearby. Highly recommended. I will choose this hotel again on my next visit. (FILIPINO GUESTS)

So it's true, breakfast totally a big down for this hotel. Maybe hotel should prepare a proper breakfast for guest. Totally lack of choices. If you are not a picky traveller, this will be one of the best choice. We booked a room with a queen size bed for 2 nights, the room is clean and with basic amenities and little fridge provided. But one thing is that we requested a window room but there is a window looking glass wall which is eventually not a window, can view outside and sunlight barely shines in. Other than that, all are good! There is one accident happen, i assume there is a miscommunication between the staff, they accidentally open our room door at 7am without knocking or calling, which shocked us. Luckily with the door lock hooked. The staff apologized genuinely until we ask him to leave. Other than that, overall our staying experience with this hotel is good!

My second stay in this hotel. On arrival, the cheerful staff told me that their check in system is down but I was able to deposit my luggage with them and come back half an hour later. You could even leave your phone number and they will call you once your room is ready. Thumbs up! The best thing about the room is the 2 big bolsters they provide which most hotels don't. Only pillows. Thumbs up again. 3rd thumbs up is the wide variety of breakfast buffet they serve. Delicious and satisfying. They even show you to your table and implement a ”I am taken” sign to prevent others from accidentally occupying it. Good system! Most hotels buffet breakfast just allow free seating and sometimes other guests just sit on your table while you are getting your food. I would have given this hotel a.perfect score if not for the toilet bidet which is low pressure flow. Even the NU Sentral public toilet has a stronger bidet water pressure! This is an important factor which I hope the hotel can improve. Just make sure the water pressure is strong not just flowing water.

It feels good to live in the big dormitory, and sleep is also very good.  Stayed for five days on the last day, and someone actually ate curry in the room.  I didn't sleep all night,  I left at 3:00 that day, but I really didn't have a bound bank card and I couldn't pay. I couldn't get a taxi for a long time. The front desk of the hotel took me everywhere to find a car. Thank you very much for the uncle. The location is very close to Chinatown.  There are many delicious foods nearby.

Friendly, helpfu and accommodating staff. Renovated premises. Room xlean but at first smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. Exhaust fan strong so this smell eventually disappeared. I think they, like many other hotels, have hard time with some types of clientele that smoke in rooms. Maybe install smoke detector. Anyway, toothbrush, soap, etc all provided and mini fridge also in the room. Good service and great location next to nu sentral and monorail station.
