2nd time stay here because of the good ambience and cheaper price with worthy room amenities, spacey & nice decoration. Last time the kitchen sink was clogged, this time the kitchen hood not functioning, make the room smelly everytime we cook. Really disturbing! The best part is the TV is really well functioning with good internet access and a lot of movies, youtube access and got neflix(maybe from previous customer lupa nak logout hehe). 2nd time requested for klcc view but still not getting it hmmmm.

Operated by MyKey Global. 2 night stay. Clean laminated wood flooring. TV with Netflix (oh boy this was a BONUS!). Hot shower is TRULY HOT! 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed. 1.3km from Sogo Dang Wangi entrance (Grab Car) RM7. We used microwave to reheat food we chilled in fridge. So no need to go out for breakfast or pay for expensive buffet breakfast. Highly highly recommended. Wanted to add extra night, but for our room type, no vacancy. Sad. But it means this Ceylonz Suites is getting more popular.

We booked the Apartment through Air BNB, and we felt satisfied. We rent 2 bedrooms apartment and it was spacious with completed facilities. The Apartment located at the central, walking distance to Bukit Bintang Area, Jl. Alor and also easy to order Grab Taxi or Grab Food if you need to order it. There is also a convenience store, coffee shop and restaurants next to the apartment. The swimming pool is huge and superb. Great place to stay.

If you are travelling with small kids, oldies, or girls... avoid this place as the area is uphill & pretty quiet... and if u walked towards the ”wrong” alley, there are all bars. Good for party goers though. The unit itself was splendidly spacious & clean ,except there was a bottle of cigs perhaps left by previous tenants in the balcony. We stayed there 3nights, cleaners clean pretty thoroughly, except that he forgot to trash that, but its fine. The view was amazing. The receptionists were great, asked for something, it got sorted out almos immediately. Breakfast was lame. We only went once. There is a small minimart @ the lobby, toastbox & halal breadtalk. There are street stalls approx 10min walk... and pavilion is bout 20min walk. Dont think of cab going to pavilion, daily jam is TERRIBLE. Imagine an hr in cab for a supposedly 5min ride. We took grab to nearby themeparks.

This accommodation seems really great at the start with spacious rooms and the rooftop pool. However lots of small issues/details really added up for me. Main one was rooftop pool only has 5 Sun loungers, while there are other chairs for the restaurant there the staff do not let you use them etc., so there is no where to sit/dry etc when you want to use the pool. The pool was also very green, even after it being closed for 24 hours for cleaning during my period of stay. In the room, lots of small issues like no light switches by bed, no small lights by beds, no hooks/rails for towels in the bathroom, no hand soap in bathroom, no security deposit box, etc. Sheets seemed relatively new but some had marks on (black marks, not stains). Also the noise from other rooms was easy to hear and any noise in the corridor was very very loud in the room. Lots of fancy things in the room like a tv with Google connect somehow (no tv channels) but no instructions how to connect to it, also no instructions for connecting to the wifi in the room etc. This could be a really great place to stay but it feels lots of corners are cut which make it not so great. Staff at reception very helpful when I asked them things. Small convenience store at ground floor which was ok but a little expensive. Restaurant at roof top overpriced and not a single vegetarian meal available anyway. Location not bad, easy to walk to transport hubs and good bar street nearby.

More about Kuala Lumpur

All About Kuala Lumpur

Say hello to Kuala Lumpur, a dazzling city that sits at the heart of Malaysia, both geographically and culturally. It's not just the capital city but the epitome of Malaysia's rapid urban development and rich heritage. Kuala Lumpur, or "KL" as locals call it, is more than just steel-clad skyscrapers and luxury shopping malls; it's a vibrant melting pot of diverse cultures, gastronomic delights, and hidden gems waiting to be explored. Did you know that Kuala Lumpur translates to "Muddy Confluence" in Malay, referring to the spot where the Klang and Gombak rivers merge?

Kuala Lumpur Travel Essentials

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is your main entry point, boasting top-notch facilities and an efficient Express Rail Link (ERL) service that takes you straight to the city centre. For moving around the city, KL's public transportation is commendable with MRTs, LRTs, and taxis available at your convenience.

The city primarily uses the Malaysian Ringgit for transactions, and credit cards are widely accepted. While Bahasa Malaysia is the national language, English is commonly spoken in business and tourist areas, making it easy for international travellers.

As for visa requirements, always check the latest information with your local Malaysian embassy or consulate. Generally, nationals from various countries are allowed to enter Malaysia without a visa for tourism purposes.

Exploring Kuala Lumpur's Top Attractions

The iconic Petronas Twin Towers, the tallest twin towers in the world, is an absolute must-see. For history enthusiasts, Merdeka Square and the Sultan Abdul Samad Building paint a vivid picture of Malaysia's past. Nature lovers will enjoy the lush Kuala Lumpur Bird Park, while food aficionados should not miss Jalan Alor, a bustling food street boasting a wide array of local dishes.

Navigating Kuala Lumpur's Weather

Kuala Lumpur enjoys a tropical rainforest climate, where sunshine and showers can happen in the same day. Temperatures in KL usually range from 22°C to 33°C. While the city is ideal to visit year-round, the best times are from May to July and December to February when rainfall is minimal. It's advisable to pack lightweight clothing, a raincoat or umbrella, and comfortable shoes for city exploration.

Your Perfect Accommodation in Kuala Lumpur

Choosing the right hotel in Kuala Lumpur depends on your needs and preferences. For proximity to attractions, consider the Traders Hotel, offering a stunning view of the Petronas Towers. Food enthusiasts might prefer a stay in Bukit Bintang - known for its culinary scene, where the stylish WOLO Bukit Bintang resides. Near the MRT, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral offers great connectivity.

If luxury is your call, the Mandarin Oriental defines opulence. Budget travellers can look at Container Hotel, unique and wallet-friendly. Business travellers might consider the Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre, located near the business district. Instagrammers will love The KL Journal for its photogenic retro-chic aesthetics.
