Comfortable hotel, spacious and cozy rooms, ample parking, and easy check-in.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest well after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping the room tidy throughout my stay.

Only location is good. Reception staff when checking in has not too friendly attitude but not sure is it communication issue. But then we went to the rooms and found linens having stains as well. Towels are also smelly. The location is good though which near to many places. Will not come back with family or senior, maybe only if on budget trip.

very bad. room warm. aircond slow n hampir tidak berasa. keluar dari lift terus rasa suffocate dgn bau carpet yg mcm tak pernah vacum. makanan ok la dgn harga agak kurang berbaloi berbanding hotel lain. perlu refurbishment and service semua aircond klu perlu tukar baru sekiranya masih mahu beroperasi.

I think because it's an old hotel, it had that classic vibe, which I'm okay with. But the parking is in the basement without any elevator access, and you had to pay extra to park in front of the hotel. The first problem is the room air conditioning weren't properly working and we felt hot even after a few hours waiting for the room to be cooler. We ended up reaching out to the hotel and thank god all the staff were every helpful. They helped us change our room and there's a coakroach in the room that came out when we were packing to leave. Overall, would definitely stay here again for the budget but recommending yall to find a more comfortable stay if you're on a holiday

Had a bad experience with this hotel. Upon entering the elevator, i was greeted with an extremely suffocating paint smell. I thought it would be better once in the room but i was wrong. The smell was even worse in the room. Had to check out an hour after because i felt so dizzy. The staff offered to change my room but i didnt feel like staying anymore. Plus one the light bulb in the toilet was not functioning. The mattress was not the comfortable. A terrible experience i must say.. would be helpful if the hotel give a refund. I leave extra star for the friendly workers though.

I enjoyed my 2-day stay at this hotel. The pool was a nice addition, and the room was easily accessible. Cleanliness was decent, and the room itself was comfortable—just right for solo travelers. For those staying in the deluxe room, do bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers as they’re not provided. The food available for order was quite good, and I had a lovely view from my room. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the price.

The location is strategic, but overall I can only give 3 out of 5 stars because the cleanliness of the room needs improvement. The room, especially the bedsheets, was dusty. Additionally, the valet parking service was disappointing as there was no jockey available to assist with parking.

Great hotel with great hospitality. We have a good breakfast in the morning. Close to the restaurant and mall.

The atmosphere is little bit gloomy, but everything is functional. Walking distance from Megamall.
