We stayed four nights as a couple at the end of January. Abdou and his team managed everything perfectly. Minor issues with the room were fixed immediately. The (included) breakfast and (reasonably-priced) dinners were tasty and plentiful, including accommodating our dietary restrictions. Transit from the airport and various tours were seamlessly arranged through the hotel. There are many nice places to hang out at the hotel itself, which faces spectacular dunes just across the road. It was an easy walk (at least in winter) into the village of Merzouga. They also have a desert camp. We didn’t stay there, but one night took a camel ride out there for dinner, which was a great experience. What we could see of the tents at the desert camp looked great and we would definitely add a stay there next time.

Loved our experience at this hotel - travelled with parents and family. Room was nicely furnished, comfortable, chic, and most importantly, clean. Location was really good - just in front of the sand dunes!! We managed to catch the sunset and walk directly over and it was beautiful. What was most commendable was the hospitality and service provided by Fatima. She checked us in, and even managed to get sand boards for us. The food at the restaurant was good. Fatima also ensured we got what we needed, took photos for us, and had a very good and cheerful attitude. Would like to thank Fatima and her team for making this a memorable Moroccan winter.

We stayed here for as part of our son’s 18th birthday. The Riad is beautiful - stylish and clean and in the best location in Merzouga. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. They even made our son a birthday cake. Thank you to Abdul, Yedur and Aziz who was always on hand to help. We had a magical trip.

Beautifully decorated Riad with friendly and pleasant staff. It's our first time in Morocco and we felt the warmth and hospitality once we reached the Riad in the evening. The room are spacious and very well maintained. The manager Abdou, Yedir and Mohammed are very helpful and proactive . Both Yedir and Mohammed kept checking on us whether everything is fine and to our comfort. They are truly efficient and competent The pool and relaxing area are cosy . Overall the hotel ambience is relaxing. We are so happy that our tour agent Fes has chosen this place for our stay in Merzouga. We will surely recommend to our Malaysian friends.

Arrived at this beautiful hotel named Riad Chebbi in Merzouga. It’s really breathtaking. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned. Love the blue theme The beds are comfy. We welcomed warmly by the manager, Abdou and his staff though we were late for more than an hour. All smiles on their faces. Love the hospitality of the staff here especially the manager and our awesome Yedir. Yedir is very attentive and caring. He made sure our food and drinks served were warm and right. He helped to get what we need for our meals. He is very friendly. A very dedicated staff. Mohamed is great too. The manager, I would say, leads the team very well. As they only serves beef and I am a Buddhist, he got the kitchen staff to prepare a tajin eggs with tomatoes. It was really good to warm up my tummy for a good night sleep. Thank you so much. So much effort put in just to make one person felt good after a long journey. Thank you Andou, Yedir and Mohamed! Riad Chebbi you are the best!
