Location is near to train station. Overall the hotel is good, breakfast is good. The worst incident is the check out issue where the hotel charge us for the deposit. It took almost one week then we got back our refund.

I really was looking just somewhere to sleep over night. I was out all day from 8am till late. For those hours there is no good transport getting to or leaving the Hotel. Everything was amazing. Very clean. The room had no air-con, so it was very hot. There was a fun. The cows are just outside and their bells are making noises all night. The fruit and vegetable van arrived at about 8am again just outside my room and making delivering noises again. Perhaps the hotel should supply some ear plugs.

The overall stay is very comfortable, the room is large, there is a long table to use, there is an electric kettle, it will be more divided, for Asians, like to drink warm hot water, especially autumn and winter, the service staff is very kind and patient, but the breakfast made me very disappointed, self-service There is no spoon food, The muffin machine did not write the method of use. It took a few minutes to bake. I was burnt. The scrambled eggs and small muffins were placed in the heat preservation pot. It was cold to eat. There was no spoon for the guests to use. In order to be clean and hygienic, every dish, I had to take another clean fork. I don't think this is related to the epidemic. I often live in ibis everywhere. This time I chose to live in a restaurant far from the city. It was mainly for breakfast. I wanted to say that breakfast should be better than the two ibis in the city. I didn't expect to disappoint me. At least scrambled eggs, the muffins must be hot! Especially in this cold weather in October!

We had booked 2 nights and arrived in the evening. The cable car and the cog railway end right in front of the reception. In the evening there was a wonderful 4-course menu that you can put together as an option. We were given excellent advice on the choice of drinks. We were seated and had another table the next night. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the sunrise from the bed. The breakfast is a buffet with everything your heart desires. We were given a valley and a mountain ride from the hotel. We came within 5 m of the ibex. The sunset is just spectacular from the highest point. The stay on the Pilatus is also an unforgettable experience thanks to the ”imperial weather” and the many photos.
