B&B Hotel Krefeld-City

My reservation number was missing, and I'm supposedly to blame. I've been waiting for a refund for two weeks.

The hotel room was fine for one night. Not very big, but tidy. The bathroom looked clean, but there was a bit of a sewer smell. When booking, we had booked an overnight stay including breakfast. However, at breakfast, we were told that it hadn't been paid for. The confirmation from Trip stated that it had. The breakfast lady wouldn't hear of it and was very rude; she insisted that we had to pay and walked away. Eventually, the manager came and indicated that it was Trip's mistake, that breakfast isn't supposed to be included. But that isn't my problem, so I didn't agree to pay, and eventually, after a lot of talking, it was resolved. Definitely a reason never to go again.

I was a little hesitant because of the area, which isn't exactly the best, but the hotel was a pleasant surprise! The interior is very clean, modern and well maintained. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a long day. The friendly staff and quick check-in made everything even easier. If you don't mind the area, it's a great choice for a short stay - very good value for money!

It was very good! I'd gladly come again! Right near the train station. Easy to reach.

The room is not big, but meets basic needs. The breakfast is simple, similar to American style. The overall level is similar to Home Inn and Hanting. It is within walking distance to the central railway station, and the transportation is quite convenient. There are many restaurants around, including Chinese restaurants.

The service was enthusiastic. I forgot my bag on the table at the front desk. The front desk helped me put it away one day later.
