Best hotel mattress ever! Nice, pleasant hotel, well presented rooms and helpful staff. However I wanted to dedicate this feedback to our waitress, Agnieszka. She is a star! She is very customer oriented, polite, and must be an active listener as she remembered every detail. Moreover, she was so proactive and aware of the situation at the table. As I am after surgery she gave us space and time to eat the meal slowly without this uncomfortable constant checking of our table. She demonstrated emphaty by listening to my story and by caring. During our time at the restaurant she builded trust and clearly, she made us feel very welcome. She is a top star! ⭐️ Agnieszka, please, if you ever want to work in Customer Care in Malta, let me know. I will welcome you with open arms. Thank you for making our evening brighter!

I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 pm after a long journey - I was greeted with information that the system was down and it was not possible to check me into the room I booked and that I had to wait in the bar area. Fortunately, the complications did not last long, otherwise it would be reasonable to offer at least a glass of water while waiting for the problem to be solved. However, this is a detail compared to the point: in the room I had no way to turn off the fan, which was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I reported the problem at the reception the next day and asked to turn off the fan - I received information that at the moment there is no such possibility, because the person responsible and able to do it is currently not at work. As a solution, I was offered earplugs, which are very uncomfortable for me to sleep in, but as they say ”better than nothing”. I was hoping for a shade of relaxation during my two-day stay, and as a result I left the hotel with a headache. Two nights of sleep deprivation, annoying ”humming” of the fan in the room and the inability to open the window = drama.

Very nice hotel, we would certainly head back and highly recommend. Spacious lobby with a great signature scent. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from including hot options but sadly they weren't too hot on the one day we tried. Hotel bikes to hire. Upgrade your room to include a terrace with an amazing large door which is so rare in hotels. I loved our room and would highly recommend it for the outside space. The bathroom was great too, I loved the little things like the soft close sliding door. Coffee and tea facilities were pretty basic, I always appreciate the option to upgrade to a Nespresso or such like. Staff very good, efficient. The door handle broke on our terrace door, we reported it on the way out for the day and a new handle had been fitted for our return.... super efficient! Thank you Grand Ascot, you were great.

Stayed here for 4 nights in room with additional bed(for 3 people), but stayed alone. Very spacious room, wich i did not expect from budget hotel. Very nice furniture in the room, nice beds. I loved that everything was clean, high quality of room service. It was quite busy at night, but it was because of guests, really annoying, but it was New Year time, so probably most of people came to party. But it is more about guests than hotel. Nice destination, close to Main Railway Station, Rynek Glowny.

This place is very beautiful - the garden is stunningly planted and has a gorgeous pool, a great fire pit/bbq and even a hot tub (which we didn't have access to). The kitchen is the best equipped that we have found in Poland - you can ACTUALLY cook there!

Very perfect experience! The hotel is very, very clean, the rooms are large, the facilities are complete, the surrounding scenery is very beautiful, there are large and small supermarket shopping centers. It is close to the station and the central attractions. If you are traveling for leisure, you can actually walk on foot. The service at the hotel was surprisingly good. When we arrived and left the store, we carried big boxes. The front desk staff came out and went to the office to handle the procedures. What is even more touching is that we arrived 5 hours early. We asked if we can save the luggage first. Then we will check back after noon. The girl at the front desk said that I would help you to see if there is a room that is not ready. If you have any checkin, please check it out early and then find a room! ! The service of this hotel is really rare in Europe! European hotels do not provide dental equipment, this must be prepared by yourself, others have.

Well everything is fine, it’s clean n modern. But the location is quiet n bit away from landmarks (it seemed to me that the street is empty, no ppl n shops) though it took 15 mins walk to reach the attractions but nearly nothing you can buy there.
So if your looking for hotel that r convenient, it won’t be the best option, but the cost-performance ratio is ok at this £ regarding to the cleanliness n modern design.

It was nice that it was very clean and equipped in many ways.
It's not common for European hotels to have a variety of items in the bathroom, but this one had it all. The staff were very friendly and nice, but the hotel's location made it difficult to use public transportation. It is a bit far from the tram or bus stop and there are no commercial areas nearby.
The breakfast buffet is very good. There is a dedicated chef who cooks the food right away for you.

GGuest UserThe hotel is literally across the street from the airport terminal next to the parking garage. Super nice hotel. The staff at reception were extremely professional, good English and helpful. Sort of odd layout in lobby but found the elevator easy enough. The room was easy to find and extremely clean. I do not think I ever was in a hotel room with such crisp sheet. The bed was perfect for me and I had a great nights sleep. The tv pilot was difficult to figure out and no instruction card. Bathroom was a tub with shower which was very modern. My only complaint is that there is no free coffe/tea in the lobby but next to reception in the corner is a little shop area with all sorts of item to buy. I even saw towels so not sure if you wanted an extra towel you would have to pay for it? My toothbrush was packed in my suitcase and I asked for a “ forgot my toothbrush” as most hotels have forgot item complementary but here was directed to the little store to buy one. I felt this was shabby for a Hilton. Otherwise my stay for a night between flights was excellent.
