Good hotel close to the old town.
The bathroom on the top floor is a bit cramped
Purely.
The lady at the reception was a bit cold. We do not know how rooms ordered via trip are allocated.

The room we had was an attic room with velux windows which we didn’t like. Good fridge,aircon,comfy bed ,quiet. The breakfast was abominable twice I asked a member of staff for bread and she just ignored me. Another morning I asked for English tea and was told quite rudely it’s there I asked her to show me she me? She took a herbal black tea & said black tea I said it’s not. We had to buy tea from the shop & take our own! The breakfast staff need to learn how to smile & say morning! The only pleasant staff was the receptionists. They only supply water with gas in the rooms . We had to buy our own which we didn’t mind but it’s the polish law to supply water in every hotel . I would give this hotel 2 stars & wouldn’t stay here again!,

This hotel is a gem . Very clean in fact spotless! The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are big and have a large bathroom with a walk in shower. We looked over a park so no road noise at all . The hotel is situated 10mins walk from the main square and easy to navigate around the city. The day we went to Auschwitz the hotel provided a free packed lunch due to the pick up bring earlier than breakfast. it had sandwiches, drink , biscuit and fruit. We would definitely recommend staying here !

Great hotel, just what we wanted, easy check in, great room, 2 big single beds you could make into a double, great powerful shower although a little on the small side, tea and coffee making facilities, new bedding and towels on request,a free safe which was great, great WiFi throughout hotel, only had breakfast which was great, plenty of choice, 10 minutes walk to square restaurants and bars, would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location with friendly and efficient staff. Room was adequate and bathroom was clean with a powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Breakfast on the first day was ok but disappointed on the second morning as with with more people it didnt seem like some items were replenisheded, like the crossiant etc. possibly due to lack of staff. Overall would still go back when in Krakow again

My mother, boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a two night stay. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpfully located our rooms close together. Short walk to main square and would also recommend the breakfast - lots of choices and fills you up for the day!
