Krabi Front Bay Resort Reviews

We killed 27 mosquitoes in our room. On the floor, there was a used earplug and long black hairs from previous guests. The pool was clean, but the area around it was very dirty, with used cotton swabs, broken nails, and old grime.

Great Muslim-friendly accommodation! The rooms were clean, the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Krabi!

The hotel's location is excellent, well-situated and convenient for getting around the area, which was undoubtedly the biggest plus of my stay. However, my overall experience was disappointing. For several days, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and the sheets weren't changed, which is a basic standard any hotel should guarantee. Furthermore, the breakfast service was quite poor, with very few options available and limited variety, far from what one expects when breakfast is included. In summary, while the location is excellent, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness and breakfast quality to deliver an experience that matches its promises.

I don’t like the property and its access makes it difficult for anyone to reach them. Plus they don’t have a 24x7 restaurant, pools closes around 6pm which quiet early considering how they are located in coastal climate. Plus they give just 2 small bottles a day to guest which I feel is pretty petty on their part. Also when I enquired about glasses left on desk they didn’t pay attention to help search them.

Although the hotel is a bit older, it's still highly recommended. The value for money is decent, even if the breakfast unfortunately doesn't stand out positively. The location is a bit out of the way, which makes it nice and quiet. With the hotel's own shuttle service, you can reach the city in just a few minutes, and it's cheaper than using Grab. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us to Railay Beach, which departed directly from the pier at the hotel (about 50m away). The rooftop pool on the third floor is a bit older, but still perfectly good. Recommended!

The common area when you arrive looks stunning. The room however was not. There were stains on the walls, seating, and sheets. It’s a bit out of the way from most things, which can be nice if that’s what you prefer, especially because taxis are cheap. Was really hoping the room would’ve been nicer and more clean like the photos.

I like the hotel but the breakfast is lack of variety.

We only booked one night, and it was very delightful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice - though the beds were hard, but I guess that is Thailand standard (as it wasn’t our first time on a hard bed in Thailand). The pool was excellent and the gym was sufficient. Actually we wold have liked to stay more days, but our plan did not allow it this time, maybe next time we are in Krabi. We had breakfast included and also did dinner in the restaurant and that was just as nice. All in all a very good experience.

I found the atmosphere of this property very relaxing and nice! Pitty: I was told after 8 pm cannot swim- pool is small but really, really nice on roof top- I was explained this was because of police and life guard supervision, should all respect. When I swam there was no no supervision or life guard, maybe because of Ramadan - the pool is only 1.3 m deep- suggest to let enjoy guests a late bath under the stars! This is a muslim place without alcohol, so I really don’t see the risk here- but maybe it’s a serious issue… Still highly recommended place if you search for quiet atmosphere and friendly hosts.
