The aircon dripping water whole night, the mattress is in very bad conditions, the room is smelly ,

The location is at Sutera Avenue near Imago. Sutera avenue itself have many places to eat with diners, cafe etc & if u want more fast food, you can go to Imago, its just a 5 min walk (safe). However, the room itself was not clean. There was a very strong stench of mold & it was very visible in the bathroom too. You need to buy fragrance to minimise the smell discomfort. For check in, its self check in where the owner themselves contacted you (unlike some other places ehem). Security is quite safe, the iron is shared outside the corridor. The TV was working thank god

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was with my friend, and the second time was with my younger sibling. I really like Hotel Paradise Suite because of its strategic location and the free amenities like Netflix and YouTube. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel except for one thing, the mattress. It is too soft, which causes back pain and makes it uncomfortable to sleep. If you look at the third picture, that is where I chose to sleep. After moving there, I was finally able to sleep better. No hate. I truly like this hotel. However, perhaps the management could consider upgrading the mattress to one that is of better quality and more comfortable.

This is my second time booking here, the first esperience was quite good. However, during my 2nd visit, me and my friend heard a guy screaming and heard few ppl running around the hallway around 9pm and that make us feel not safe and reallyyyy uncomfortable. And the next day, we heard a person open the safe lock outside, but maybe that was the cleaning lady so its fine. Pls do something about it thanks.

Everything else was great, but they only clean the room when you specifically request it. That wasn't too bad, but it was inconvenient not being able to empty the trash myself. Also, there are a lot of mosquitoes or some kind of bugs. They didn't bite me much on my body, but a few bites on my hands and feet got inflamed. Aside from that, I was pleasantly surprised to find a shopping mall and local market within a short walking distance, so I never got bored. The location is excellent.

Honest Review: The duo room is just nice for a family trip. There are both pros and cons. Cons: Mattress condition – The mattress needs to be replaced ASAP. It’s not firm, and you can feel the pocket springs. Air-conditioning issue – The AC in my room (702) was leaking and not cold while in use. We contacted the host, and the owner came the next day to fix it. While I appreciate the help, the cooling was still not satisfactory and clearly needs proper servicing. Parking problem – Parking is a major issue. Even if you try to park outside, there’s almost zero chance because most spots are reserved by restaurants or property owners. The only option is basement parking with hourly charges and no maximum cap. First 2 hours: RM2.50 Subsequent hours: RM1.50 per hour We paid nearly RM17.50 for about 11 hours. If your car doesn’t move, the charges continue until you leave. This is expensive and very inconvenient. 4. This 7th floor due rooms is facing main road building which look nice view, but very noises while during night you may hear the car road noise. Pros: Shower water pressure is great. The pantry is spacious and hygienic. Free access to Netflix on the TV. The host is helpful and willing to assist. Overall: I would rate this place 50/50. If you’re traveling to KK mainly for places like Imago Shopping Mall and not driving your own car, this place is acceptable. However, if you’re driving, I would not recommend staying here due to the parking issues and high cost. That’s all I want to share. Thank you.

The room itself was a major letdown — a strong bad odor hit me as soon as I walked in, and the pillowcases were noticeably smelly too. Not what you’d expect at all. That said, the staff handled the situation well. I told them about the issues, and they take the efforts to bring me the nee liners without any hassle. Full credit to the team for being helpful and quick to fix things. Still, the initial experience was unpleasant, and housekeeping really needs to step up their game. Good service can’t fully make up for a dirty, smelly room. Forgot to take photos.

Everythings okay. Cuma tidak kena provide parking. Susah skit untk family vacay. Nasib saya stay untuk tunggu flight jak. But everything was fine and bersihh and luas utk solo traveller😍😍
