Very strategic location, walking distance to access aĺl the interest point in KK. Room very clean and nice sea view. Just that at night are quite noisy with airplane & night owl around the hotel.

Could always entrust the hotel that it'll be a pleasant stay but not an umbrella🌂😂 lost mine at the lobby as it was drenched in rain, dont wanna make a mess of the hotel hence was adviced to leave it by the stair vase...

Great location. Nice staff. Several eateries and cafes at walkable distance.The check in process is very good even late checked in and they very helpful and polite explain hotel facilities.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Honestly, I am quite disappointed with the quality of the facilities but sincerely commend the prompt service of the staff and the location of this hotel. The interior of the room is out of date and old school. Not impressive at all compared to its neighbouring hotels. The cupboard door and shower door could not be closed properly. Same goes to the window. I had to call the maintenance to fix the window gap or else I would not be able to sleep with the noise of the cars below and the wind howling. The grout lines in the shower cubicle were dirty and needed thorough cleaning. Otherwise, I think the hotel is reasonably good.

The hotel locates at the center of the city, surrounded by many shops, restaurants and malls. Service is very good but a little bit old.

Very nice stay, near to suria sabah. All staff very friendly and helpfull. Delicious breakfast. Very clean and comfort for family stay. Will come again soon.
