Great location, water front is get shopping mall is in front, with all necessary hotel amenities except for mini fridge. Hotel staff are kind and polite. Value for money. Comes with breakfast, though not many food choices. Room without window view to external of property. Rooms are divided and partitioned from a big floor area. Sounds proof is ok. With parking, just need to get parking tickets endorsed/stamped by hotel's front desk. Room can be accessed from car park lifts.

Came here for a stayover, there is a shopping mall beside and some convenience store below the hotel. The hotel is huge but old. A little sad cuz of the view. The room provide what it have ex socket, hair dryer. The breakfast choices are limited. Paid $50 for a night. Need to place rm 100 for refundable deposit

This was my first stay and I hope I can visit here again. Polite staff and clean room, really worth the price, I stayed here for three days and I really like the breakfast here.

Had a wonderful 3D2N stay at Hotel Klagan, Kota Kinabalu! The location is super convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and waterfront attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice sea view. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. Breakfast had a good variety, and the overall ambiance was cozy. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting KK!

Good location. Close to markets, supermarket and mall next door and seafood restaurants. Hotel staff are responsive, friendly and helpful. Rooms are fairly clean. Room has no external window. No fridge. Otherwise everything in the room are fairly acceptable.
Breakfast, nothing to shout about. Only Malaysian hotel that I do not see nasi lemak served. Dining area has a good view of the sea.

pick this hotel for a transit one night stay after coming back from kundasang before flying back
never thought that it’d be such a great stay.. should’ve stayed longer 🫢

Hotel near to the airport around 15min travelling by car. Its location in the heart of KK city makes it easy for me to go anywhere. Near to shopping malls, waterfront, Philippine Market and many more attractions. Front lady and gent are very friendly welcoming. Their breakfast spread just a so so but still delicious though. I really enjoyed my stay here! Would love to come again.
