good for solo travellers. a room with cool with air conditioner

Excellent stay — clean, comfortable, and in a great location at an affordable price. The staff were very helpful, the room was nice, and the smart TV was a bonus — perfect for binge-watching Netflix while relaxing.

Great location, very close to the pier and shopping area. However, the bed linen cleanliness could be improved. The young lady at the front desk provided excellent service. The older staff member, who seemed to have a lot of ideas, initially assigned us a windowless room on the first floor. When we pointed out we booked a room with a window, and despite there being no elevator, they moved us to the 3rd floor. The hotel didn't even seem that full.

The location is strategic. It's easy to find food.. The workers are friendly and helpful..Recommended!!..

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights. The room was clean and comfortable, and basic amenities were provided. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Staff were generally polite and helpful. The location was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a reasonable stay that met expectations.

It was a convenient stay, though smaller bathroom size. It has easy access to Gaya Street, Kota Kinabalu.

Location is very good, walking distance to gaya street and Filipino market. Staffs are friendly. Air conditioner not functioning well and shower head is not working, luckily they changed another room for me.

Simple low cost/budget hotel. Good location & center of city, many makan place nearby. just for night sleep, don't expect anything else.

my room was at 3rd floor and there was no elevator. I'm an elderly man and i have climb up the stairs every now and then. There's no room available at lower floor. Ceiling of toilet showed sign of leakages but fortunately there was none at that time. Plug point not available at bed side.

The location here is fantastic! It's surrounded by popular foodie spots, but the Wi-Fi is terrible – barely good enough to send texts. If you rely on a good internet connection, I'd suggest looking elsewhere, because the Wi-Fi here is practically useless!
