Let's start with the positives. The breakfast was indeed good, with a slight variation each day. Now for the negatives: 1. **Room Cleaning:** If you don't go out, the staff will knock on your door. You heard that right, even if you're sleeping, they'll keep knocking until you open the door to ask when they can clean your room. And the cleanliness got worse day by day. After using the laundry bag once, it wasn't replenished. On the third day, the cleaning staff even left their access card in the room, moved my bedside tissue box to the bathroom, and didn't arrange the cups properly. 2. **Service Attitude:** Whether it was the front desk staff or the housekeeping team, everyone had a sour expression, constantly looking displeased and moving slowly. 3. **Facilities:** There was always something. One moment the elevator was under maintenance, then the drains were being unblocked, and at another time, the side entrance was out of order. 4. **Laundry Room:** It's a paid service, but how does it work? It costs 10 MYR for washing and another 10 MYR for drying. 5. **Location:** There are no attractions nearby, so you need to take a taxi to get anywhere. Book with caution!

I practically always book this hotel. The location is convenient, and the decor is relatively new and clean. Currently, they only offer self-service noodle soup, but it would be even better if they had made-to-order Chinese noodles.

Great value for money, I'll definitely book again next time. The facilities are complete and very upscale.

The room is nice and the surrounding area is great. It's right in the city center, not far from Gaya Street, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The breakfast is pretty good, and the service is excellent. It's very suitable for travelers.

I booked a standard queen room, and it offered pretty good value for money. I specifically chose a location not on Gaya Street, so it's a little bit further out, but honestly, this area isn't that big. When I checked in, I asked for a high floor if possible and got the 7th floor. It was conveniently located not far from the elevator. Facing the woods, it was very quiet. The daily housekeeping was also excellent; the card by the bed mentioned Tracy as the room attendant, so thanks to her for tidying up every day. They have coin-operated washer/dryers, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice. I didn't have high expectations for breakfast; you could tell what it would be like just by looking, but it was fine for a quick bite. Luggage storage is available, which is very convenient. The air conditioning in the room was super powerful, and the water pressure for hot water was great! There were quite a few other Chinese guests staying there too.

The hotel service was absolutely amazing! We initially planned to pay for an early check-in, but when we asked, they arranged for us to check in right at 2 PM, no extra charge, haha! When we were leaving, we tentatively asked if we could check out a bit later, around 2 PM, and the front desk guy just extended our check-out time until 2 PM. So nice!

My overall experience during this stay was truly excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic; it made driving around for errands incredibly smooth and efficient, with no detours whatsoever. The room was spotless, free of any unpleasant odors, and the bed offered the perfect balance of softness and firmness, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very polite, quick to respond to requests, and handled everything efficiently. The public areas were meticulously maintained and the environment was quiet and peaceful. Staying here made my entire trip worry-free, definitely no regrets. I'll certainly choose this hotel again next time I'm in Doha.

Close to both the airport and the city center, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is abundant. Overall, there's nothing to complain about. I stayed here for three nights, and after shopping, calling a taxi back to the hotel was always quick and cheap. Tours also picked me up directly from the hotel.
