Cleaner enter open our room at around 5.30 am.. its sooo bad even we placed the tag do not disturb

Very spacious hotel room. The receptionist were upgraded our room to a bigger room. The hotel location’s accessible to the mall and nearby shops and restaurants.

Good. Cheap and comfortable. Everything okay but better if have body shower and shampoo. Hehehe

The location was excellent and strategically situated, with easy access to coffee shops, laundries, shopping malls, and 24-hour convenience stores. Additionally, it was within walking distance of the KK Waterfront and the famous Filipino Market.

Beautiful room, comfortable, good service. Hotel close to shopping mall, easy to eat, easy to walk anywhere because of the goods or facilities close to the place of stay. Good and satisfactory service. Highly recommend 🫰🏻❤️

It's was okay

It is a strategic location, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and beside the hotel is the infamous mall, Centre Point, it’s just 2 minutes walk!

Room is clean and tidy. Not so much toilet amenity provided except for towels. Overall it is suit for purpose.

The hotel was okay, I got a room without windows so it was a little damp but overall a pleasant experience
