Although the service was good, the room was quite old and the breakfast choices were limited.

CLEAN... BEST AND PEACEFUL STAY HERE EVEN IF ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT.

Overall, the room was good, but the wardrobe had a musty smell that bothered me while sleeping. The room wasn't soundproof at all; I could hear snoring from the next room. 😂 The cleanliness could use some improvement; the towels weren't new and looked like they'd been used for years. 😂 They really should replace them; new ones can't be that expensive.

Okay not bad... It's one that has single room. Surprising for a hotel built beside Chinatown, instead of making use of this to build Chinese style hotel it's actually more traditional malay style. Would be better if the Penang laksa is less salty, it's 60% close but can be better.

Perfect location for short business trip and foods available at day time and even at night or supper.

Price was considered high for what you can get in Malaysia. Basin was old(different from the looks of the pictures provided on the website)

Ample free parking outside hotel, no bathroom amenities like toothbrush or shaver provided. Towels are clean but look slightly worn. Location is fantastic and within walking distance to eateries, street food, night market and 7-11

Overall, everything was good. The breakfast and food were decent. The location was excellent, being right in the city center. My only minor complaint was that the elevator was out of order upon arrival.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation access. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were complete, with great bathrooms and air conditioning. The front desk service was also very friendly; both check-in and check-out were smooth. The overall environment is quiet, making it very suitable for sightseeing or business trips. It offers great value for money, and I would recommend it to friends and would definitely stay here again.

The heater in my room was not functioning; however, this was not a major issue as the weather was hot during my stay, and I used cold water instead. The room had a noticeable smoke smell, and soundproofing was poor. I could easily hear noise from the neighboring room, and on the last night, conversations from next door were clearly audible.

Stay here for decades, centre of chinatown KB, easily to find local foods, cozy hotel.

Great location within the china town. Basement parking is quite a challenge. Room & facility was clean despite weared and out dated.

clean hotel, my room is quite big and near pasar siti khadijah, very central and near everything around kota bharu, definitely will stay here again, and free and easy parking too
