The hotel had a very unique traditional design styles.
All the staff are so thoughtful and indeed its feels like a home when staying in there.
Strongly recommended to everyone to have a taste of staying over there.

Amazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. The menu had around ten courses, each course with multiple small bowls and dips, beautifully arranged and served with love. The fish was very fresh and tasted amazing.
We enjoyed using the onsen every day. Always clean, hot and soothing, they also offer a wide range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. No need to bring your own.
The hotel itself (and the town) is a bit old unfortunately and although it is very clean, beds and rugs are older and might smell a bit. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Rooms, hospitality, and breakfast exceeded expectations. It was a great satisfaction.
The transportation to and from the station was friendly and the scenery was nice. I had previously gone to a place where the bathroom smelled like mold and had turned black and I was disappointed, so this time I was very impressed with the renovated and clean bathroom. I still want to use it.

The staff was friendly, but the place smelled musty and unpleasant. I understand that the facility is old, but I don't see any effort to cover it up or improve it. There are no hot side dishes for breakfast.

チェックインからのおもてなしは良かったです。また、ロープウェイのチケットが安く買え、駐車料金もセーブ出来ました。雨で露天風呂行けなかったのが残念でした。

It's been a while since I last stayed here, but I was very happy that the staff remembered my child so well and welcomed me warmly. Since I checked in late, I was only able to use the public bath once, but they have a variety of brands of shampoo and conditioner, so I'm always excited to choose one. This is one of the charms of this inn. Dinner was delicious and had a lot of variety. The hotel continues to take care of its guests, such as taking photos during dinner and allowing guests to take photos upon check-out, and being able to take a hot spring bath in the indoor bath, creating pleasant memories. It was a very satisfying trip. Breakfast was also abundant and delicious. We are also happy to offer complimentary drinks such as juice and coffee. It was a bit cold this time, so I was a little disappointed that I couldn't go outside and use the open-air bath. I want to use it again. Thank you to all the staff.
