I recently presented here for a conference for approximately 100 individuals. Our conference planner was Kinga. She was attentive to our every need. When we called to ask if we could come do a site recon, she was happy to meet with us. As we talked through details of the conference, she provided us with complimentary (non-alcoholic) drinks from the restaurant. There were little items that we needed like notepads, pens, butcher block paper, pencils - she provided it all. The conference room had plenty of space for tables and chairs for all our people. My only complaint was with the columns towards the front of the room that made it hard for some participants to see me present. Lunch was exquisite, with plenty of options, to include dietary considerations if needed. Several of our people took advantage of the onsite spa. Even though we didn't stay the night, the hotel made us feel very much at home. Huge thanks to Kinga, front desk, spa staff, and restaurant team for putting up with us!
