I stay at hotel Dec.4th to 6th for a marriage function. The hotel has no parking space. It kept us waiting for 40 minutes for room. It is a bhul bhulaiya hotel, you can't locate your room easily. The linen was not fresh and one matress was settled. Even glasses were not provided for drinking water. The host was busy in daughter's marriage, ***ager asked him to vacate some guest rooms by 10am, whereas check out time was 12' O clock. His behaviour was rude. For the sake of my host, I vacate room and shifted to other Hotel. I didn't expect such attitude from hotel's person.

Extraordinary Service and Very Nice Hospitality. Stayed with family and had a comfortable stay. Must visit hotel if you are planning .It is the one of my favourite hotel i have stayed in.Everything was good and we stayed alot.

I am very to say that Esteem group of owneres are irlirate..They does not know hw to behaive to hotel staff icluding ***ager. Dont book any room ..The owner of esteem group is use language sala.. All time ..We are also complain is FHARI to band this hotel.
