I had a booking for three days. Due to some Family issues I reached the second day at 3 am. The staff was extremely rude and mean to me and shut the door on my face. I was left without an accommodation in the middle of the night. It took two hours and six hotel visits to find an accommodation finally. Very very bad.

Bad location, mentenance is horrible, torn bed sheets, TV, phone not working. So they offered to exchange to a small rooms, which were not clean Carridors are dumped with useless material. Staff is reluctant to service. Forced to order only from their kitchen and quantity is bad.
