Excellent stay, and great to meet three musketeers enthusiastically led by Mrs. Chowdhury. Except for dyed grandpa at the reception with an ego of a size you may call not quite ok in the hospitality business and quite preoccupied, but still an interesting guy to talk to a lengthy monologue into his deaf ears who then responds by wielding a trick on how to insult a better person in a subtle manner. Five star quality room. Just be careful on the street as a fast and furious car chasing its own tail pipe occurred as I was advising a very strange uber driver. The hotel was professional enough to be courteous and very sweetly invited us back. That is the confidence one wishes to see in the hospitality business.

The Roland Hotel is a good and Humble restaurant and I have a good journey with all the staff ,The best part of the stay is Such a nice rooms and pillows and Especially about the breakfast section is too good and I make sure to revisit the Hotel again and again

I loved the hospitality with very courteous and smiling employees there. I would recommend it for your stay. Breakfast is also very good even if you take it paid then also it's worth. Give a try once to see the difference. Special thanks to the ever smiling person Mr Arghya. In restaurant Mr Subhashish served everything in breakfast with a smile. Will come again....

Amazing Hotel with hospitality and staffs are decent with great check in and check out experience in any time schedule . I came here middle of the night seamless experience of check in . Centrally located in heart of the city . Quest mall 2 km Mithai Sweet shop ( Authentic rasgulla) 2 km Arslan Biryani 3 kms .

Food is very good with reasonable price All the foods are good with correct spicy, people are polite and provide good services. In breakfast we are getting different dishes on regular basis and items are awesome from South Indian to North and Bengali authentic dishes also.

We had a relaxing time here thanks to a particularly attentive staff. Room service was quick and the staff at breakfast time were very friendly and helpful. The room wqs clean, the shower worked well and it was quiet at night. The hotel is well located, a few minutes walk from Elgin Road which has a good variety of restaurants.
