Service staff very friendly and helpful. Location very central. 24h warm water. Room ventilation in rooms without windows poor (upgrade was suggested at check-in for an extra charge). All in all, recommended for the price and for a short stay (we stayed 3 nights). For a longer stay we would rather pay more for better facilities.

I was staying 3 night (12th August to 15th of August) this hotel with my family, There's no standard at all's, food was horrible, the breakfast food was same on my 3days staying (poori bhaji, bread omelette and banana no other option however i ***age. inside of room so ***y cockroach, informed to reception but no one respond, no room amenity providing by hotel.

I got worst experience of continuous construction work and hammering sound at night after 10pm. I informed twice to ***ager, however there was no care attitude to address customer complaint. It's not worthy to stay overnight if you have a long and tiring day and intended to have a sound sleep.

your ad saying hotel have city view. They gave me a room have no windows. block room. They don't clean everyday. I don't like it.
