Excellent food and ambience. Good behaviour of staffs. Menu set up is really appreciated. Live music is also nice. Which was best was staffs behaviour towards each customer. They check on each and every customer and listen to their feedbacks very patiently.

sumptuous , the ambience and the food ***** with the hospitality during the bengali new year was mind blowing.. really request most to come and enjoy the great gamut of bengali cuisine. We visited with family on 14th April,2024. In one word lovely

Conference facilities are of good buisness standard.Warm experience with Heritage Hotel a centre of Kolkata.Best in class breakfast buffet .I wanted to enjoy there night club but was not able to hope to go there on future visit.Kudos Team

Yesterday we have attended a birthday party at The Astor kolkata. I would like to share that it's heritage building & 4 star hotel. This was my first visit & I would like to thanks entire staff of banquet hall for their nice arrangements & service.. Food was also awesome/tasty like Katla kalia. I would like to mention Shibnath & Soham for their hospitality.. I recommend this place..

Hotel is conveniently located in a central part of kolkata city. Staff is accommodating and very friendly and respectful behaviour towards guests. I ordered food from the restaurant and it was exceptionally good specially their Kolkata style biryani and khichuri and baigun bhaja were quite out of this world. Breakfast spread was also very well planned and good variety from Chinese, south and north Indian and live omelette and counters.

Excellent services. Nice friendly House Keeping team. Specially Gopal ji, Sumon, Abhijeet and Debashish all very supportive. Friendly front desk team. Overall a nice memory. Good food. Very good barbecue kababs are awesome specially mutton kebabs.

The Astor is a perfectly located hotel in Calcutta that offers all a traveller may want: clean, well appointed rooms, friendly service and good food. Located close to Park street but away from the madness of the New Market area, the hotel is a great base for tourists who have come to Calcutta for sightseeing, being housed in a heritage building was just an added bonus. All through, my interactions with the hotel team headed by Tanmoy Dholey have been fantastic. Despite various date and guest changes, Tanmoy cheerfully met all my requirements. When we had a medical emergency, the hotel was most helpful and did not let one feel alone in a strange city. Also, they serve the best fresh lime soda in Cal!!!!
