The hotel was very good, The room was also very good, i was a flight 5 hours later after check out, for this 5 hours I kept my bags and Staff at hotel storage and after movies and shopping i took it back from hotel.

Honestly speaking, the hotel was great. The location was a bit far from the airport, BUT it is located at one of the cleanest places in Kolkata, making it a huge plus. Now for the details:
Room: 5/5. The decoration, the ambiance, the wall art.
Lobby and other places: 5/5. Absolutely loved the design and hotel architecture.
Bathroom: 3.5/5. Honestly, it is a basic bathroom, but I expected more from a 5 star hotel, even on the cheaper rooms. There was no bathtub, which I feel is fairly common everywhere I’ve stayed in.
ONE PROBLEM: A major issue I have faced was after turning on the water. It had a smell, which I am guessing is from the river beside it. I feel like the Hotel should add a water filter to avoid this problem, because the smell doesn’t go away until the water is turned on for at least 5-10minutes. If I wasn’t South Asian, I probably couldn’t have taken the smell as easily as I did. I would put this in High Priority to fix for attracting ***y more customers.
Bar and Food: 4/5. Good collection, great taste but very expensive.
Lastly, a shoutout to Al Jabbar and Al Sahid from the Housecleaning service, they were extremely polite, fast, very thorough with their cleaning and very well ***nered. Absolutely a delight to talk to and learn about the local areas.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very rare to find such good hotels, with some minor flaws.

It's a business hotel located in the Newtown area of Kolkata.Just a few minutes away from the Biswa Bangla Gate.The price is cheaper (3k approx)than other typical 5 star hotels of the area,but provides good value for money as the property has all the amenities that a 5 star provides,from 24 hour housekeeping to ird service,swimming pool,gym,spa and so on.Its marvellous to get all of this at so little price.The service and the quality of the rooms are a bit compromised, ie they won't respond to your requests fast,ie a water bottle can take few hours to arrive,you may not get more than one slipper even if you ask for another,the room would not be in a very good condition etc,but they co****sate everything by keeping their room tariff super low,which makes up for all this inconvenience. So to sum it up,if you want to enjoy the conveniences of a 5 Star at a much subsidized rate,and is okay to overcome a few difficulties and a bit lack of service,you can most certainly book a room here.

The hotel did not offer us a room for almost six hours, when we were only staying until midnight because we had a flight to catch. The room smelled of mildew and felt dirty. Bathroom smelled and water was everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel and it is more of a three star hotel at best.

We went to this property to have our dinner in Early February this month.The bell boy Dimitri tried to hit us with suitcase when we refused to tip him.We couldn't enter the property because of him.He is very dangerous. Even the security guards also couldn't do anything as he tried to hit them as well.If you see him standing near the gate,please don't go inside.

Very bad and irresponsible service at Front desk. My room number was 531. 10.30 pm , no one picked up phone at Reception at dial No.4. Lobby is dirty. The hall service at color.3 is bad. Food quality and service by staff is very irresponsible O

My stay at this hotel was marred by consistently rude and unprofessional staff. Despite multiple calls for a simple request like a water bottle, their abysmal responsiveness resulted in a two-hour wait after the sixth attempt. The level of service was disappointing and far from acceptable. This experience leaves me no choice but to rate this establishment with one star.
