Closer to airport..paid 250 to reach the hotel from Airport (200 to 250 is fine)..Hotel food was awesome though it takes time to deliver. Hotel staff Indrajit provided good service to us.It met our requirement for an overnight stay..at first you may feel that it is in narrow lane and small hotel, but if you are looking for catching up an early morning flight and want to have good food, this would be an ideal place

Perfect stay near Kolkata Airport. Their services are prompt and everything is well maintained. Food was also good. Rooms are quite clean. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a visit in the future. Friendly and helpful receptionist.

I booked The Silverline Hotel, Kolkata based on the photos & description given on Agoda portal for a night's stay on 18th December 2023 night. After reaching by flight from Mumbai at about 11:30 PM I reached above hotel which is located not on main Jessore Road but inside a narrow lane off this road. After reaching hotel I was told at reception that my booking is in a sister concern hotel and I was taken further inside that narrow lane to "HOTEL J.B.L." and given a very shabby small room having a dingy type bathroom and entered my details in Hotel J.B.L.'s register. So this is a scam being run by "The Silverline Hotel, Kolkata" charging a hefty amount and giving a room of very low type. Breakfast was also brought in the room in a shabby cutlery (Omelet and plain bread 2 pcs with one cup of readymade tea with sugar). There was no bell, no intercom and no tea kettle in the room. I was given a mobile number for reception cum room service. I will advise all to keep away from this hotel.
