The spa in the room is really, really, really good!!! The ceiling among affordable spas! If you stay, you must make an appointment with the store. Our room package was originally included. I personally don’t think the breakfast is that amazing, maybe the previous comments from netizens made me expect it very much. Overall, I am very satisfied, the environment is also very good, and the room facing the sea is very comfortable. Although there is the sound of waves, it is very helpful for sleep, and the privacy is very good. It is also very safe to lie on the private beach without being disturbed by outsiders

A hotel to feel at home... in paradise! From the reception to the room, from check-in to farewell, a fantastic experience! Only one thing is unnecessary, the TV in the room, with the landscape, the beach, the pool, the attention and smile of the staff, the spectacular food in the restaurant, spending time in front of it is also a waste of time!

We stayed in the Ocean View Penthouse which was just stunning. I'm all about a good view and they don't come much better than this .... marred a couple of days by pouring rain & storms but it was "rainy season" so can't be helped....just disappointed it stopped me from using the terrace bath 😉 . Nokie is the wonderful lady working her socks off behind the scenes to make this place as lovely and operate as efficiently as it does and she is supported by the fabulous Martin an excellent baker /pastry chef and "born to be" front-of-house. The staff team are so friendly and the breakfasts are just sublime! There is a coffee shop on the ground level and you can also order food for the evening with notice, which is terrific quality too. You will never go hungry here!! There were only two very minor issues for me, one is that the room could benefit from drawer space to put things away as it had potential to look messy behind the beautiful open glass wardrobe and the second is that the dispensers in the shower area, although chic, weee difficult to dispense from so there was alot of spillage/waste which I'm sure mounts up from a cost perspective. The on-site massage therapists are also incredible. We were fortunate enough to be taken to two excellent restaurants by our hosts, one in Chaweng area and one in the jungle.... what an experience and we felt very lucky that Martin & Nokie shared this with us. This is a place that's very hard to leave ...

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to all. The whole team headed up by Martin & his wife are a credit to this property. My arrival was greeted by Martin & a mocktail & once swiftly checked in was taken to my amazing suite with its own small private beach with outstanding costal views. The room itself was just as I expected from the pictures and immaculately cleaned (daily). A wonderful breakfast was served daily to my room (including a very thoughtful birthday cake on my 50th). Martins local knowledge is second to none and he was helpful in making some arrangements and advice on good places to eat etc. I would also like to thank the wider team here including housekeepers, gardeners, maintenance and catering as you all played your part in exceeding my expectations when I stayed and special thanks must go to the young lady who served my breakfast daily & worked in the restaurant, you are a true asset to this business and thank you for the great, polite service you always gave and for singing happy birthday!

We stayed at this resort as a couple from August 8th to August 13th. We were warmly welcomed by Martin, the owner, and his wife. We were offered a free two-day upgrade, but we declined because the proposed room wasn't private enough for us, being on the ground floor with large windows overlooking the pool. We therefore opted for the room we booked on ***********. The overall impression is of a beautiful, well-maintained property, but upon experiencing it, you discover some imperfections, which are nevertheless crucial. I've attached photos to illustrate everything I'm talking about. The first thing we noticed was the lack of a bathroom door, and also of an extractor fan that could have helped with the fumes. More specifically, the room is an open space with a shower area, a tub in the center of the room, a sink area, and a toilet area located in a corner of the room with a glass separating the areas, but no door. This shortcoming forced us to go to the balcony when the other person needed to go to the bathroom. Furthermore, since breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning, if your breakfast time coincided with it, you had to wait because if they had knocked, we would all have found ourselves in the bathroom together... Another serious shortcoming is the lack of blackout curtains... We noticed that they are missing from almost all the rooms. We raised the issue with the owner, who simply stated that "some people like and some don't like the light in the morning," but I think a 4-star property should give you the option of sleeping in the dark or not, like in all the properties I've stayed at so far. Another thing: there was only one bedside table and nowhere to put your suitcase, so we had to open our suitcases on the floor. Another flaw is the proximity to the main road in Koh Samui. The door to our room was located no more than 5 meters from the road, so the noise in the room was really bad. In conclusion, everything I've written is negative, while the positives are: the kindness of the staff, the delicious breakfast, and the proximity to the most beautiful beaches in Koh Samui. Overall, the resort is beautiful, but it needs renovations, as there are clearly visible leaks in the ceilings, for example, and some interior and exterior furnishings need replacing. In conclusion, if you book early, you'll find better.

A stay that meets the reviews here, among other things. on Tripsavisor and the pictures of the very friendly owners. We were there for five nights, first had the penthouse and then the detached “bungalow” at the front of the beach. As already described, it is located on a main road and it is loud - all the time 24/7... Breakfast is prepared with a lot of love and the recommendations for the island were also top of the line. We were helped at every opportunity. The restaurant/café deserves to do without plastic tablecloths and simply use white tablecloths or tablecloths. The food is top and the cake is also great. It would definitely enhance the restaurant. Martin and Nokie don't hold it against me, maybe you're a bit operationally blind with your original, very beautiful house. The office has no place in the restaurant and the odds and ends don't belong there either. Build a shower at the pool, clean and renovate the areas that need it. Clean your area of the beach and the price will be justified again. We felt comfortable for the few days but wouldn't try it again with you. It taught me one thing - to read the reviews even more intensively in order to get an adequate vacation for your money. Nokie, you wear Hermes and Dior and that's how the restaurant should be styled... simply chic
