The hotel feels high quality and service is excellent. It was not busy but has a very peaceful setting overall. It’s difficult to visit anywhere from here without taking a taxi but a free shuttle bus is available to other places on the island during the day.

Everything was pitch perfect and I was impressed with the theme of healthy and delicious food all over the day. It has quadrupled my trip pleasure. One suggestion- the pout of wash basin in bathroom should be slight more long for the user comfort

I am here for a destress programme at absolute sanctuary. They have planned out the time table and printed out for you and you do not need to fret planning. You can make adjustments to the timing too! There is time for you to go out for you to explore Koh Samui. They provided shuttles to places like fisherman's village night market, chawang night market at specific timing and days which is good as grab is not cheap. Staff are nice and folks at the love kitchen remember your preference which is a big ! Massages are great, May and Mo are fantastic masseuses! Therapist is Staff at the reception are approachable and helpful! Overall good experience!

This place is the one stop shop for all health, wellness and fitness services and sessions. The teachers are industry experts, the therapists have healing hands, the kitchen department serves the food with love and all in all, couldn't wish for a better place to press the "reset" button.

The place for body and soul relief. Calm, peaceful and picturesque location in the heart of Koh Samui. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are fully equipped to make your stay comfortable.

The 5D Pilates boot camp program went beyond my expectations. Kevin my instructor gave me my posture analysis and offer me insightful advice on how I can continue to enjoy my pilates journey when I am back home. The meditation and yoga sessions open my eyes to new possibility that I have not considered in the past. Kudos to Jana The wellness meals cater to both Western and Asian palates. They taste so delicious yet so healthy. I have not repeated my menu choices sofar. I don't have to give up dessert too, the absolute carrot cake is simply delightful. Part of the wellness program include massages that are spaced out during my stay. Woooo...a nice one after a stretch out during the day. The staff team is fabulous. They are attentive to details and arrange my schedule at a pace that I can recharge. Looking forward to next visit.

Had an amazing stay at Absolute Sanctuary with a group of friends, which made the whole retreat even more fun. We did a great mix of activities like rhythm cycling, Pilates reformer, and yoga at the shala—well-balanced and energizing. The wellness facilities were a highlight: cold plunge, jacuzzi, sauna, Himalayan salt room, and a beautiful pool. The massage was excellent—super relaxing and one of the best parts of the stay. Food was clean, fresh, and paired with really good juices. Only small downside: the pillow could be improved—it wasn’t as comfortable as what you’d expect from larger chain hotels. But overall, a fantastic experience and definitely worth it.

Absolute Sanctuary has great cycling, Pilates, yoga classes energizing, well-structured, and led by professional instructors. Perfect for a wellness-focused reset.
