This is already the third time I’ve booked this hotel, and that in itself says a lot. The location is excellent: peaceful, yet everything is easily accessible. The beach is beautiful and within walking distance, which makes the stay extra relaxing, perfect for truly unwinding. The breakfast is well taken care of, with plenty of choice and everything kept nicely replenished. The hotel also has a very pleasant and cosy atmosphere, which makes you feel comfortable right away. All in all, a lovely hotel in a great location with good facilities. I will definitely come back again.

Best resort in the region, not to mention it's super well located and in the center of everything.

All the staff, the facilities and everything was absolutely fantastic, but there was one special guy that stood out from the rest and his name was Yut.. He was so hopeful, he seemed to be everywhere in anywhere when we needed him so friendly the guy needs to pay her rise!

We booked two nights at this hotel, the room was very small and there was not even space for a suitcase. The room was seriously inconsistent with the pictures, probably only 18 square metres. The room was extremely damp and musty, and the bedding was also very damp and dirty. When we wanted to upgrade the room, the staff said it would cost an extra 4500 Thai Baht per night, which is simply daylight robbery. Not worth 220 AUD per night, only worth 80 AUD per night. We stayed only one night and left, we will never come back in this lifetime.

Impeccable hotel and service, great location right in front of the sea. They provide beach towels that are changed daily, and the breakfast is good. The pool is superb. I'll definitely come back.

We were very pleased with the reception on the first day and the general friendliness of the entire team. We were warmly welcomed and felt at home right from the start. The hotel itself is very nice, the grounds are well-maintained, and the location is perfect – quiet, yet central. On my birthday, I was even surprised with a small cake. A big thank you to my husband and the Banana Fan Sea Resort team for this lovely gesture. The only point we were unhappy with was the room cleaning. I'm very particular about cleanliness, and for a hotel of this category, I would have expected a more thorough cleaning. On two days, the room wasn't cleaned properly – there were still hairs from previous days in the shower, and that spot wasn't cleaned properly. The coffee spoon was also dirty, and even after the 'cleaning,' the same dirty spoon was still there. I then sent a message to the hotel about our dissatisfaction, and the next day, it was significantly better. This shows that the team is committed to making quick improvements. Conclusion: Apart from the room cleaning, we were very satisfied overall. A beautiful hotel with a great location and friendly staff – with room for improvement in housekeeping.

Nice hotel and reasonable price. The hotel is located in the Chaweng area but it is peaceful. It's very convenient to travel from the airport and the Supermarket is opposite the hotel. Staff were service-minded. The room is clean and neatly.

Staff really made the stay. Clean room, nice amenities and amazing breakfast. Fruit was great! Not the hotels fault, but I really disliked the location. The surroundings were filled with very odd, and old tourist trap

Lovely resort on the best part of Chaweng beach. Rooms, pool and restaurant all great. It was the staff though that made it! Everyone was friendly, happy and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Beach is spectstular also pool is magnificent. But rooms are little bit small. - deluxe garden room. For us it wasnt a problem because we wete mostly outside. But no place for cloths etc we have to keep it in our baggages… Alltogether hotel and services are great exept pool bar. Drinks are too expensive for what you will get - too much sugar and just not worth it. But beer was nice and smoothies too. Bigest problem was that pool bar opens about 12-13 so if you are early morning person you have to order in restaurant or jus tbuy drinks on street… We have a problem with AC and hotel services was great. Fast repair and they try their best to do it when we where on some trips etc. We will sure go there again in future.
