Pros: Nice staff, clean, and location is near the center, about 3 minutes walking distance. Cons: it's so noisy, you can hear the music so loudly from nearby clubs till 4:30 or 5 am. Air conditioner is so loud, sometimes I had to switch it off and put up with the heat rather than the loud noise. Main door and balcony door have crevices which allows mosquitos in and made me feel uncomfortable leaving my belongings in the room. Generally, it's most suitable for solo travelers or people who are in Samui mainly for the night life.

enjoy staying here because centre of the location. just walkaway near night life , central samui, but some of the room got noisy from the pub nearby .

Due to technical issues, we couldn't reach the island. Before check-in time, we informed the hotel about our inability to stay, providing photos as proof of why we couldn't make it to Koh Samui. The hotel refused to refund any amount (even partially). They didn't even offer to discuss the situation we were in. It was just a robotic response: "no refund possible," and that was it.

The hotels was in an absolutely amazing location but you can hear the night clubs all night long until the morning.

Everyone work there so kind , great location,free coffee all day 😍,but air con a bit noisy ,also you still can hear 👂 music little from party place 😁 just good for people party this area

With this hotel --- location is good. ** The staff are super friendly ** and while the accommodations aren't fancy, the air conditioning works well, the water is hot, and the sheets are clean. Keep in mind that you are surrounded by party bars, so you may hear some noise from partying at night. Additionally, CENTRAL Mall isl shopping is right next door. * There is a night market two blocaks away.

Balcony Doors is not closed fully, so many bugs at night

Rooms very large and very clean, serviced every day. Close to the night clubs, restaurants and bars a little further down the road. A big shopping mall very close out the back of the hotel. Value for money, but can be rather loud on the weekends.

Too hot in the room, and the bed is terrible, but it is all good for the price

I just want to keep booking this room every day because now I feel at home
