Centara Properties in Koh Samui

Extremely friendly staff that always went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. We had a very clean and comfortable room and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast dining room was very nice with a good selection of foods to choose from. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when my travels happen to return me to the island of Samui.

The room was spacious, perfect for our family of three with plenty of room to spare. Although there wasn't a Chinese-speaking receptionist when we checked in, the front desk guy was incredibly nice! He meticulously explained everything, from check-in procedures to hotel facilities, and even walked us through all the features in our room. He was super enthusiastic! We later added a Chinese-speaking staff member on WeChat who was always quick to answer any questions, from recommending local restaurants near the hotel to helping us book taxis. She was so thoughtful and accommodating! The hotel scenery is absolutely stunning, and the beach quality is excellent. I could just lie there all day and never want to go home! The hotel breakfast was also quite generous, with a wide variety of Western and Chinese options, including both à la carte and buffet choices. The food tasted pretty good, and they had different special juices every day, which were delicious! My only minor regret was on our last day's breakfast, one of the restaurant staff members seemed to treat us a bit differently – if you know, you know! All in all, I highly recommend this place; everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very beautiful and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We had a room with a private pool, which was very clean and well maintained. The room itself was also spotless and nicely kept. The beach area was stunning, with clear water and the option to get a massage right by the sea. The only downside was that the sunbeds were quite old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety. The hotel is a bit secluded, so you need to take a taxi or rent a scooter outside to get to town. However, there is a daily shuttle to the city or the nearest 7/11. The shuttle times, for example to the night market, were a bit limited, and if you want to go outside the scheduled times, you have to pay extra. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a peaceful place away from the busy town, this hotel is the perfect choice.
