Thapwarin Resort - Green Hotel

140€/night for this feels a bit cheeky. It's a two-story bungalow in the second row. The furniture is dated, including a ripped-out socket and chipped tiles in the bathroom. It's just okay, definitely nothing more, and for that price, I personally find it a rip-off.

The first time I went, I was very impressed from the moment I saw the island and felt that this place was as beautiful as on TikTok. No kidding. The staff were lovely and cheerful. There were few Thais, mostly foreign tourists. But it was lovely because the place was quiet and not chaotic. If anyone likes to relax and have fun, I recommend this place. It's not chaotic, there are no drunk tourists, no ***** to bother you. When it was 10 pm, everyone went back to their rooms. No one came to see us. It felt safe and the service was good. Steps to go to the island for friends who don't know yet 1. Book through the app or call to ask about the accommodation price first. Because the price is not the same. Sometimes you may get it cheaper than on the app. Or the app may be cheaper than the store. 2. Once you have booked, go to the pier to ask how many people will go. The price per person is 350 baht per person. But if you want it cheaper, try to negotiate a round trip. 350 baht for the round trip and 300 baht for the return trip. 3. The boat will leave 2 times. There are rounds at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Leave on time. Wait 5-10 minutes in advance. Caution: Be careful of mosquitoes at night. You can bring mosquito spray or apply mosquito repellent at night (the accommodation has mosquito nets and plug-in mosquito repellent). Pros: Everything is good, whether it's the accommodation, strong shower water, good hot water, good service, good food, not too expensive. Some bars that are not on the island are more expensive. On the island, the price is acceptable. Good service, not too delicious food but not too bad. The view is very good. The water is clear. In the evening, the water level goes down a lot. At 10:30, when the water rises, the boat will dock. Note: In summary, if I had to give a score of 10, I would give it a score of 10/10, no deductions at all, because it's worth the money spent and it's quiet and not chaotic. Go, if it's good, I'll say it's good.

This hotel is the closest to the sea. Every day when the tide is high, it feels like the sea water is about to flood. At night, all the hermit crabs come out, and there are a lot of them. The hotel breakfast is a combination of buffet and ordering, and the taste is good, and the dinner is also delicious. There are too many mosquitoes, bees and flying insects in the room. I was woken up by mosquito bites every night, so I must bring electric mosquito coils. Only half of the entire Nai Island has a beach. There are hotels on the shore and no residential areas. The sea water and scenery are very beautiful, suitable for filming. But there are no corals, not many fish, and not many Chinese people. It is not suitable for snorkeling, but suitable for people with social phobia. You can play kayaking and lie down to watch the sea. We went to Nai Island to sign up for a 4-island tour without a return trip. There was a small boat to pick us up at the last stop, Nai Island, for 200 baht. When we left, we chartered a boat for 1,200 baht. After arriving at the pier, we rented another car to go to the city.

There shouldn't be many comments from Chinese people on this hotel. I mainly want to share my experience and help Chinese friends who come here later. 1. The location and environment of the hotel are perfect. As one of the few hotels in Koh Ngai, this hotel is by the sea. You can see the sea when you go out of the room, and you can go snorkeling directly. This is the most attractive place for me. 2. The room is not big. The bathroom is isolated from the interior and isolated by plants, so there will be gaps for some bugs and ants to enter. There are also many mosquitoes in the room. Mosquito nets are provided, but there is no electric mosquito fumigator. It is recommended that you bring an electric mosquito fumigator. 3. The hotel restaurant tastes good. Breakfast is free. The main meal is 600-800 baht per person. The price is okay, mainly because the taste is really good. 4. The front desk service is good and polite. You can tell them all your needs, including chartering a boat for snorkeling, etc. 5. If you come here to charter a boat to island hopping, you must remember to tell the boatman that the boat will dock directly at the seaside in front of the hotel. If necessary, let the boatman communicate directly with the hotel front desk. Otherwise, it may dock directly at Ngai Island Pier. You need to walk from Ngai Island Pier to the hotel, and the road is very difficult to walk.

Idyllic place. Everything is done for your well-being. The team is great. The spacious room, well decorated with a very well designed bathroom. The restaurant is perfect too. In short, everything was perfect. A dream family vacation.
