Mediocre service, staff made little effort and hardly speaks English, bungalows very outdated (not a single room service for a 4-day stay). Breakfast is reduced to the bare essentials, the cappuccino inedible.

You are greeted by rough staff who don't understand English for critical questions. Thai friendliness is pretty much absent here. Our river view bungalow only really had a river view after discussion and change, but it was set up like a mattress camp for 3-4 people and the mattresses were rock hard, like sleeping on the floor. The associated restaurant has the charm of a train station concourse. We found the resort to be way overpriced. The only good thing: the location on a wonderful beach.

Bungalow sur la plus belle plage de l’île. Emplacement calme. Mais … bungalows qui commencent à bien vieillir (en rapport qualité /prix je trouve ça du coup un peu cher) et il ne faut pas trop être regardant sur la propreté. Le devant de l’établissement mériterait d’être entretenu (des gravats à l’entrée qui ne donnent pas vraiment envie dans un premier temps). L’équipe sur place c’est quitte ou double (nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une soirée des jeunes parlant un super anglais et très efficaces, pour les autres jours c’était un accueil et un service par une équipe pas vraiment très souriante ni agréable …). Je reste un peu déçue même si le cadre est vraiment sympa (la plage fait beaucoup, cet établissement sur une autre plage vaudrait une note de 1/5)
