A charming little hotel with a fantastic location. It has its own small private beach with sun loungers and a shower. It's quiet at night, and the street with bars and shops is just a 5-minute walk away. The staff are lovely and very responsive. There's a pool on the 4th floor with breathtaking sea views. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they were cleaned upon request. We received fresh water every day. We absolutely loved the breakfasts, especially being able to enjoy them with a sea view. I would gladly come back here!

Mam Kai Bae Hotel – Fantastic Location and Great Service. We had a wonderful stay at Mam Kai Bae Hotel. It’s a very cozy and welcoming place that exceeded our expectations! Location: Perfect! It's right in the heart of Kai Bae. Only a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are many restaurants and 7-Eleven shops nearby, which is very convenient. Cleanliness: The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. Staff: The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Facilities: The swimming pool is a great bonus — clean and refreshing. Summary: Excellent value for money on Koh Chang. A very charming hotel. The rooms are huge, breakfasts are good, and the staff is responsive. We had a Deluxe room on the 3rd floor with a fantastic view of the jungle, the sound of birds, and the ocean waves. I highly recommend it. Kai Bae is the most beautiful beach. The only downside is that the sea recedes quite a bit and has rocks at the bottom. However, directly in front of the hotel, there are hardly any rocks.

Excellent value for money! The hotel is practically on the beach with its own private area, plenty of available sun loungers, and not too crowded. The breakfast wasn't very diverse, but it was tasty and filling. The staff were all very polite and friendly. There's also a pool on the 4th floor with a wonderful ocean view. Overall, I liked almost everything about it.

Amazing location right at the beach and walking distance to many places. Staff is very active and super helpful. Breakfast is ok. Swimming pool is refreshing and not crowded. Rooms are a bit old but overall not bad.
