JR高知駅から歩いても10分掛からず、すぐ近くに路面電車の停車場もあり、アクセスは便利です。
予約時に誤って「喫煙ルーム」を選択していたのですが、フロントに連絡すると「禁煙ルーム」に変更してくださり、部屋までルームキーを届けていただきました。
建物や設備は年代を感じますが、清掃は行き届いており問題ありません。
