Close to the JR station, around 8min distance. Along the rod to the hotel, one side under the JR rail with much restaurants. Between 1700-2000, hotel has free happy hours. They serve red wine, white wine, whisky and other alcohol and some snacks, free coffee and other non alcohol drinks. Its quite good.

The services and facilities are excellent. The evening free drinks are very attractive. If there are more hanging facilities in the bathroom, it is perfect.

The hotel's beverage bar is very generous, and happy hour is a great perk. They also offer luggage storage, though the bed was a bit small at 0.9m. It's a quiet spot despite being centrally located, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby!

This is my second time staying here. It's really convenient, quite close to both JR Sannomiya and Hankyu Sannomiya stations. Right next to the hotel there's a really well-stocked Hankyu OASIS supermarket, which is super handy for groceries. The hotel rooms are clean, and they offer complimentary tea and drinks from afternoon till evening, plus there's a happy hour.

Came back to my room to find a dead insect on the bed. Reported it to the front desk and they said it must have flown in during cleaning. The problem is, my window was locked shut. The front desk explained that they open the windows during cleaning, and it must have flown in, landed on the bed, and died there. I guess I'll take their word for it.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel. The location is super convenient; it's a quick walk from Sannomiya. It's also very close to the highway bus stop, which offers direct service to USJ, making it even more convenient than traveling from Osaka. Plus, you can easily catch the airport shuttle from here. So convenient!

A standard, no-frills budget chain hotel. The room was small but well-equipped, perfect for a solo traveler. Slippers were provided. They also have a happy hour in the afternoon with complimentary drinks.

Stayed in this hotel again after returning from Arima & Awaji, all baggage already kept in our room and ready for check-in at noon, hassle free. This room type has a desk without the sofa bed which we booked for the first night, it seems to be more useful. Coin laundry at 6F & 9F. Comfortable stay.

First and foremost, a huge and sincere thank you to the staff! 🌹 I accidentally left my bag in the dining area overnight and only realized it the next morning... I felt like my world was falling apart! 🤣 I immediately rushed to the front desk to ask if a bag had been found, not really expecting much. But when the staff member asked for my room number, a glimmer of hope appeared. Then, she appeared before me with my bag, and I was so emotional I almost cried! Thank you again! 💐 You truly showed me what honesty, security, and genuine kindness mean. The hotel itself is super convenient, just about 200 meters from JR Sannomiya Station. Everything you could need is nearby, and it's so easy to get anywhere by JR. When we left, the Limousine Bus stop for Kansai Airport was also close, within 500-600 meters, making our departure seamless. From 5 PM to 8 PM, there's a fantastic happy hour with free drinks and snacks. We enjoyed it for all three days of our stay – great atmosphere! It really added to the fun of our visit 🥐🧇🥜🍪🍫🧈🥂🍭. While the room wasn't huge, for us, as sightseers not laden with shopping bags, the size was perfectly adequate. Another thing to praise -> I booked a king room for 2 adults and 1 child. On the day of check-in, I didn't even mention anything, just checked in normally. When I opened the door, the room had one small bed and one large bed! 👏👏👏 (Perhaps when they copied our passports, they noticed our child was older and thought two beds would be better). A massive THANK YOU! 🌹🌹🌹 All in all, if I have the chance to visit Kobe again, I will definitely choose to stay here!

Excellent! The room was very clean, and the location was super convenient for exploring many bakeries and Kobe beef restaurants. The room temperature was just right, and there's a Danso nearby, which was great for shopping.

The staff were quite unhelpful; even though the hotel still had available rooms, they wouldn't let me cancel my booking and then charged me an extra 600 yuan just to add one person. The location isn't ideal, as it's a bit of a walk to the metro station no matter what, and the area is currently under renovation. They did offer some drinks and chocolates, though.
