Very comfortable and cosy place. Big, peaceful and nice territory, a lot of thermal baths, good breakfast and dinner. If you want to get know more about traditional Japanese hospitality culture, this place is a good choice.

It’s a total new experience for us. Room is huge and spacious, totally experiencing wa****su in a day! Service is good ntg to comment as we are in Japan ! Basic amenities are provided. Toilet is cleaned. Onsen - 3 onsens in the hotel itself includes both indoor and outdoor onsen. Hotel comes with shutter service.

Reached early by 12noon while hotel only willing pick up guest from main bus station by 3pm. Even drop email few days ago also no one reply.
Booked breakfast + dinner package, while checked-in no one ask our preference dinner selection (either BBQ or steam beef) and straight away prepare steam beef for all of us (4pax)
When ask for change to BBQ, waiter which lack of training told us have to top-up which is ridicules as next table guest also no charge. Totally no 5 stars service

非常日式的酒店，榻榻米的睡眠體驗很舒適。酒店雖然年久但整體維護的相當精細。房間打掃的一塵不染，服務也很貼心。初春的園景有些闌珊，感覺暮春初夏庭院花開或者深秋數樹深紅的時候整個景觀會更惟妙惟肖。酒店的餐食未能體驗，無法提供有效的評價。前台告知酒店的私湯就是熱水，衹有三個公共湯池才是温泉水。靠在小河旁的湯池體驗感很棒，晚上去泡的時候都沒有人，依山傍水別有一番意境。酒店離有馬温泉索道站很近，走路10分鐘不到，可以乘坐纜車去六甲山觀景台俯瞰神户市。從有馬温泉温泉站打車去酒店的價格大概是700日元，酒店有接駁車，但我們到達那天8點到有馬站的時候聯繫酒店卻無人接聽，這個是唯一的美中不足。

月光園遊月山莊的確很富年代感，房間整體雖然老舊但整潔，和我10年前住的和室一色一樣。一宿二食的早餐晚餐都很不錯，早餐自助，晚餐一套主食＋半自助，撐到起飛，吃的非常舒服。温泉池有3個，都不是私湯不需要像竹子亭那樣預約，1）鴻朧館的最大，金湯（露天）＋銀湯（室內）；2）鶴湯龜湯中等，金湯（露天）＋銀湯（室內）（女湯都在室內，沒露天的）；3）阿福玉鉾湯，金湯（純露天，沒有室內，連沖澡都是露天的），泡池都很舒服。距離車站和主商業街都不遠，隨時電話酒店車子10分鐘內隨叫隨到，3分鐘車程
