This is the first time I've encountered a hotel in Japan where you can check in as early as 12 PM and check out at 12 PM the next day – someone must have given them some excellent advice! The hotel is beautiful, but the cleanliness needs improvement. The phone in the bathroom clearly hasn't been cleaned in years, with a thick layer of dust and spiderwebs, though this didn't detract from the overall experience. The room was a bit small; I could only open one 30-inch suitcase, but the bed was very comfortable and spacious. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the church, 'Jinsheng Toast' (a popular bakery), and Kitano Coffee.

This hotel is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood in between Sannomiya and Shin-Kobe Station. You have to walk to both stations or take a bus if going to Shin-Kobe Station since it is a bit up the hill. I would say convenient enough though. No laundry room, but there is a coin laundry within 5 min walking distance. Never tried their expensive breakfast (more than 3000 yen). There are few good place of breakfast nearby include a bakery 2-3 mins away. The room is clean and service is good. However, I cannot change the air conditioner setting to bit lower temperature so I can sleep better with a blanket provided.

We had a room with two beds, quite large, the room had everything. The hotel is not new. It is noticeable. The mattress was uncomfortable for me. The location is quite convenient, 15 minutes from the station.
