There were bugs on the quilt in the room. It was very inconvenient that they would not send luggage after check-out.

It would have been nice to have a drink bar, but there were no hot drinks, and shampoo conditioner, body soap, etc. are available for rent for free, but some of them are not replenished, which is a shame.
