To be honest, when I first read the reviews, I thought it would be very bad. Many chains across Japan would say that this hotel is not that bad. I have stayed at Himeji’s twice. Until I saw the scene, first of all, the service in the hotel was good, but After entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Maybe I didn't book a non-smoking room. Then there were cockroaches in the toilet. I told the receptionist that they replaced it with a new one. If you don't look at the toilet, it's not very dirty overall, but for the price, I can’t say anything, but I think I would rather pay more to live in another room.

A very cost-effective hotel, 100 meters away from Xinkaidi Station, just turn a corner after exiting Building 2. The room is large and has a microwave. The toilet is also larger than other hotels. There was an Indian guy at the front desk who didn't seem to understand English. He forgot my food in the refrigerator and chased me back to get it, but he only got part of it for me. The hotel is 100m walk from Xinkaidi Subway Station, which is very close and has convenient transportation. It only takes two stops to Chinatown, or just half an hour to stroll along the shopping street.

It said Kobe, so I thought it would be close to Kobe Station, but it turned out to be quite far away.
I thought it was new when I saw the photos, but when I actually went there, I found the facilities to be quite retro and the rooms smelled like an inn, which was scary. The bath has a jacuzzi, but I was surprised at how old it was.
There was no soundproofing in the room next door and it was leaking through the room.
It wasn't cleaned properly, there was a lot of dust, and the TV was old and the remote control was dirty.
However, the cost was quite low so I think it's okay.
