This traditional Japanese hotel is nestled on the hillside right behind the bus station, next to Hyoe Koyokaku. It's simple, clean, and the service is excellent. Both the public and private onsens are fantastic, and there are dining options available to book nearby. Great value for money overall.

The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful. We absolutely loved having access to a private onsen (Silver Bath), and it was a real treat to experience both the Gold and Silver baths in the public area. The hotel is located a bit up a hill, but it's not a strenuous walk at all. Our room was also clean and pleasant.

Very enjoyable stay at Koki, the inn is nicely renovated, clean and well maintained. The location is convenient, as its walking distance to the town shopping and dinning area. The staff are extraordinarily kind and helpful. The main onsen area is nice with two kinds of onsen the Gold & Silver springs. The best part is the private onsen, one of them is open-air bath. The yummy free coffee and drink bar is a bonus.

Lovely small hotel with most amenities one might need. We missed having a laundry, as it seems to be common for hotels in Japan, but it's a very small drawback. Lounge area was lovely to relax and have a snack after the Onsen, we had the public Onsen to ourselves in the early morning and the private ones were a breeze to reserve and were always available. Great value for money compared to other places we looked at in Arima Onsen. Staff were upbeat and friendly. We loved it.
