GGuest UserExcellent! Probably exactly what I was hoping for when I went to this island. The bungalow was spotlessly clean, I think it was new or renovated. There aren't many of them on the property. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a beach bag, beach mats, and an umbrella. There's a clothes rack on the bungalow. Smart TV! I installed the app and enjoyed watching my favorite movies in the evening. It's located away from the noisy areas, although noisy areas are typical for the island. The beach is a 1-2-minute bike ride away, or 6-9 minutes on foot, I think. There's a cafe a couple of minutes away. A small convenience store is nearby. For those who enjoy alcohol, 7-11 doesn't have any. The local shops are 1.5-2 times the price on the mainland. Since this is a ”quiet spot in nature,” all the jungle sounds and mosquitoes are active at night. They kindly provided some kind of mosquito repellent, but it didn't help. Get ready :) That's the only downside.

VVarvaraThis place is heaven on the Yao Yai island. Bungalow is very cosy. Everything is neat and tidy inside with a minimalistic style yet including everything you need. Firstly, we booked it for 2 nights, but on the second day decided to spend one more day on the island and prolonged our stay. Frank and his wife are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with the spots on the island to be visited. Breakfast is delicious and prepared by Frank himself. We enjoyed our stay on the island and at Frank`s place so much that are already looking forward to coming there next time. I really enjoyed jungle`s sounds at night that you can hear coming outside and the sense of being close to the nature. Big thanks to Frank and his family for comfortable accommodation.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not so big but very cute. Thai style room and with super welcomed stuff, they are so polite! Breakfast is nice, you have a lot of choice, western and Thai. I like to eat dinner here and watching sunset. The price is expensive then the local restaurant but also reasonable, and the taste is very good. Tiki bar has happy hour from 5-7pm. Perfect time to watch sunset. The beach and pool never crowded, a perfect place for get away and relaxing. In the afternoon there are a lot of crabs to catch. There are 3 very cute dogs in this resort. If you want to have a quiet vacation and only enjoy, relaxing, I recommend this hotel.

The resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful part of Yao Yai Island, offering stunning sea views and a relaxing atmosphere that feels perfect for a getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a design that blends modern amenities and a touch of island charm. I especially enjoyed waking up to the breathtaking views right from my room. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The resort also offers excellent facilities, including a lovely pool and direct beach access, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the island. For anyone looking for a quiet escape with comfort, great service, and beautiful surroundings, Royal Yao Yai Island Beach Resort is an excellent choice. I would be happy to return on my next trip to Yao Yai.

OOlivia.BAmazing food, perfect hosts, stunning view, remote and beautiful location with few tourists. The perfect place to relax and the perfect base from which you can explore the island. The beach is only a short walk down from the hostel where there is a bar and you can catch beautiful sunsets. The hosts were amazing, cooking fresh meals for amazing prices. 100% recommend. Thank you!
