Lipe Beach Resort

Breakfast choice is still more, the hotel is located in sunrise, we live in the breeze room in the middle of the second row has a small slit to see the beach, probably the breeze is the meaning, the hotel walks to the pedestrian street will pass the locals' accommodation area, garbage disposal is not Too bad in time. The room is a separate one, the privacy is OK, the bathroom is too big, the water is too small, and the bath needs to be washed for a long time. In general, it is still possible.
San Pita

I'm not used to writing negative reviews because I think I know how to choose accommodations that don't disappoint me. Unfortunately the San Pita did not satisfy me. The word resort is often abused in Thailand and this is certainly one of the cases like the 3 star hotel... The structure in the center of Ko Lipe is convenient to everything but in itself the island is so small that everything is close to everything... so ex post I would have chosen another structure near the beach and not near a mosquito-generating pond/landfill. As for the structure, we were in a 3-bed room on the ground floor next to a small swimming pool, I would say, suitable only for children. The room had a strong damp smell and the bathroom was separated from the rest by a transparent plastic sheet. A further problem was in the plumbing system whose random pipes started an unpleasant concert after use. Breakfast was also dull and we found the toaster always invaded by ants. I'm sorry for the people who manage the structure with commitment but it is not up to the standard indicated.
Bundhaya Resort

Apart from being almost on the beach itself, this place is a bit overrated as far as overall quality of certain aspects of their offer in services and amenities. Room is confortable, view from it is fabulous but…the pillows are horribly hard, woke up with a sore neck, the food at their restaurant is kind of ok if you choose Thai food but for American food, it is, let say, less than average, there are some choices that they scratch from their menu because they just don’t know how to cook it, simple thing bruschetta, club sandwich, breakfast is also pretty boring if you not Asian; cold and uncooked chicken sausages, cold chicken ham presented in cold water bowl, coffee is good though and toast are great, I ended up eating that only…last déception, beach access from beach front villa number 2 you need to walk about 200 meters right to the marina entrance or 200 meters left to the restaurant to get access to the beach that is about 20 meters right in front of your room. There is a concrete wall, high of about 1.6 meters that separates you from the beautiful white sand beach. See photos attached…
Z-Touch Lipe Island Resort

The sea view room I booked had nothing to do with the sea view when I opened the room. Later I complained to Ctrip and the hotel gave me a real sea view room. After staying for a few days, I found that I felt like a farmhouse, not like a hotel. It doesn't matter if the sea is not an ocean view, because you are just a few steps to the sea, and there is almost no time in the hotel during the day, all on the sea floor. The sea view is beautiful. An uncle in the hotel also speaks Chinese, and people are relatively simple. When he left, the hotel also sent me to the dock. Although it was unpleasant at first, it was still good afterwards.
The Reef Hotel & Studios

We stayed at The Reef for 15 days this February. It is a very simple hotel, located in a strategic position, very convenient for reaching both the beach and the walking street. The breakfast is really the thing that amazed us the most! The dishes to choose from were all excellent, the choice was vast, and all the Mojo guys are really nice, always polite and attentive to the customer. However, our experience was not entirely positive regarding the room and especially the cleanliness. Our room was on the ground floor, spacious but still dark and without a balcony or windows to open, only two panes of glass overlooking a forest that was practically a landfill, with plastic bags, broken tables thrown away and other rubbish . Even the bathroom wasn't the best, dark and a little neglected, but, in my opinion, everything fits on vacation, except for one thing: the lack of cleanliness! The ”make up the room” consisted in changing the towels (which were only one each, to be used for everything, from the shower to the face the following morning), bottles of water in the fridge (much appreciated) and placing the sheets on the bed . End. In the whole stay, the sheets were changed only once, after that, seeing that in 7 days we always had the same stained sheets, we left a note with the cleaning lady (and it was the first and last sheet change). Sand, dust and other dirt were always present on the floor, behind the bathroom door and in every corner of the room. The bathroom mat outside the shower, after days, now soaked and full of sand, was not changed, and even there we had to leave a note written, and once changed, it remained the same until the end of the holiday. We are not very demanding, we adapt to the various situations that arise, but honestly we were very disappointed by the poor cleaning and care of the room, especially having high expectations having read excellent reviews.
Castaway Resort Koh Lipe

The environment of the hotel is very original, and the price is super cheap. It was so cheap that I didn't dare to book it at first. I was not sure if it was good or not, so I only booked it for two nights. Later, I stayed very comfortably and added another two nights. The whole hotel is like a resort, the restaurant food is good and the scenery is very good, the location is very convenient in the whole island. There is a diving shop in the hotel, and diving will send you to the room. And sap is also very comfortable. Very recommended.
