It's a beautiful beach villa. It seems to be the only one on Lipe. The location is between Sunrise Beach Village and Seren. It's perfect. It's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The house has a large viewing roof. We watched the sunrise at home in the morning. The bosses, Koby and Xiaozhu, are a Chinese-Thailand couple. They have no problem with communication.
