Homewood Suites by Hilton Knoxville West at Turkey Creek

A lot of the rooms face the highway which is very noisy and is busy all day and night. I found the noise a problem when sleeping and we use sound machines. Also reserved a top floor suite, was given one on the 3rd floor, told my reserved room was not available. The guests above were noisy late and night and early morning, jumping, running, etc. Rooms need to be updated/refreshed. Carpet had a hole in it and looked worn/not clean. Same with walls and black grout in bathroom. Cleaning staff is very pleasant and helpful. Front desk was not and not always there or responded when you rang the bell. Tried calling front desk a few times, no answer.

The hotel is located at the intersection of Seventeenth Street and Lake Street, and is very convenient to the University of Tennessee. There are buses KAT11 and 10 nearby, which can reach West Knoxville and downtown. The hotel has a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee machine. The bed was large and nice. The problem was that Ctrip showed that there was breakfast. When I checked in, I said that there was no breakfast, and that Ctrip commissioned booking. The price is still so much, breakfast is gone.

Nice clean rooms the staff was amazing and very helpful they do go over and beyond to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one. I’ve stayed here 3 different times and each one was very pleasant. I will continue to stay here on my trips to see my son while he is in college it’s not far from him and has plenty of restaurants and a few things to do that is within reasonable driving there’s even a bowling alley right down the road. Definitely a great place to stay and very reasonable priced

Everything was great.
Extended Stay America Suites - Knoxville - West Hills

The staff was courteous and professional from arrival to checkout. The accommodations were clean, quiet and comfortable. We don't need all the bells and whistles of a modern contemporary establishment with a higher cost so the Extended Stay America Knoxville was perfect for our visit and our budget.
