Just returned from a weeks stay on our first trip to crotia, have to agree with a few of the other negative comments unfortunately. Setting of the hotel beautiful, pity about the pool setting but what can you do when its shaded, really cold water hence no one in it. Food , we were half board and could always manage to get a meal of some kind, agree about food not being very warm and not much variety over the week. Breakfasts excellent except for the Bacon. Staff in the restaurants never seemed very happy or came across as welcoming which was a shame as elsewhere in the hotel always pleasant & helpful. Rooms on the seventh floor where we were lovely view, couple of stains on the carpet but not bothered us! over bath shower difficult to get in & we are quite mobile still. Entertainment would have been good, there were singers on a few days but not for our taste, can`t please everyone but more effort for such a big hotel would draw in the residents. Buggy service excellent never waited long , not sure what it will be like in peak season. Cavtat beatiful! area around the harbour great with plenty of restaurants not a lot to do in the evening though but it was just nice to walk along the front. would certainly got to croatia again but not to this hotel. I haven`t seen any response from the hotel regarding feedback from the people who have stayed here, maybe it`s not their policy to read or comment but would be beneficial to them I think to get other peoples views.

Stayed in 2019, which merited a 5 star review and this time it was even more worthy of praise. I booked this time a superior sea view room, what a lovely room, great bathroom and shower, plenty of wardrobe and draw space, excellent air con, great balcony, spotless clean and modern and in excellent condition. The area is a treat, plenty to see and do, plenty of nearby places to drink and eat, the water taxi boats pull up near the hotel and are the best way to get up or down the coast, tickets are purchased near the hotel. There is also a shopping mall and a supermarket just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was a delight, open from before 7am until I think 1030am, every possible thing you could wish for, perfect start to the day. I used the outdoor pool most days, great system in place to order food and drinks by scanning a QR code on your lounger table and then ordering from your phone. My drinks arrived within 5 minutes or so, really clever system. I also had food at the restaurant on the sea front, like a late lunch, top marks there. I had a massage in the spa, plenty of treatment choices and the area and rooms were very tranquil. If you stay here you are close to Dubrovnik for a day trip, a trip to the islands and a must do boat ride to Cavtat which is also stunning. Couple minor points, if travelling from the UK make sure you take a plug adapter as the hotel did not have any, the supermarket does sell them up the road, also I had room service one evening, but the food arrived uncovered, it would have been nice to just have a cover to keep it warmer and avoid it being contaminated. Overall I highly recommend this hotel, the staff also are icing on the cake, they are all very professional, polite and a joy to speak with.

The location is good, 15 minutes walk from the ancient city, the hotel dining is good, the outdoor restaurant is next to the pool, and the dining table overlooks the blue clear sea, which is very good. The hotel does not have a beach. You can go straight to the sea for swimming and snorkeling. The sea water in the bay is relatively calm. Multi-level blue. Fish are clearly visible. It is recommended to stay.

Super location! Less than 200 meters from the entrance to the ancient city, the room is clean, tidy and bright! Can see the sea! The service is also very good! Breakfast is good, nothing seems to be wrong except expensive. . .

Modern building with WiFi, swimming pool, air conditioning and toilet. The facilities inside are very good. Bus number 4 is right in front of you. If you rent a car, you can drop it off at 3 bus stops. Breakfast is very good. There were many Japanese tourists. A few bus stops to the old town. The staff are friendly There was a storage room at the entrance, but I was a little nervous because I didn't give it a number. A lot of European grandfather grandmother group tourists came.

The hotel belongs to the latest in the royal series, the last one in a row of hotels such as princesses. It can be said that the seaside is Unicom. There is no restriction on bringing children, no extra charge, breakfast is free to eat, no limit. It has an invincible beautiful rooftop pool and 3 large and small pools on the first floor. Be brave and try to play with the sea. The room was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were L'Occitane. It’s very convenient to drive to the city wall for ten minutes.
