We were welcomed by friendly staff. Although our unit (no 3) was small it was clean and neat. We only slept one night. Ideal for a weekend sleepover, close to town and main activities. Secure parking inside the yard. Will go again.

Lovely rest at Oom Piets, even with loadshedding it was awesome get away, just to unwind! walking distance to thw Harbour , good exercise, up and down the steps at the Harbour! Peaceful and nice braai facilities!

Lovely location with great view of the Harbour, great complement of staff working at the location. Management was very welcoming and were available to assist without hesitation. Lovely accommodation and it was worth the money.

We were welcomed with warmth and great hospitality. The unit was equipped comfortably in a very quiet and private area. Thankyou for receiving us earlier than the prescribed book in time. Highly recommended for a short stay.

What an experience to stay at Oom Piet accommodation. Excellent reception as well as the friendly staff. Accommodation was near all the necessary shops and facilities needed. Beautifull view of the ocean and we will recommend it anytime for a relaxing stay.

Very over rated, not worth R900.00 per night. Wibdows and doors in unit 6 does not seal properly with the result that the strong wind is felt inside. Windows have not been cleaned and barthroom floor also dirty. Lovely fireplace and bed in main bedroom and friendly reception by Chantel. Place needs serious attention; not again.

Arriving to an unknown place can be stressful. But when arriving to a peaceful relaxing accommodation by Oom Piet was such a pleasure. Our room was comfy and just like home. Thank you very much for helping us as well over and above when we struggled with little issues. It really did make our stay so much less stressful. See you again soon.

We stayed in the apartment above the laundry and it was perfect. The apartment had everything you need and had a balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean. Have booked again for 4 weeks time and we can't wait.
