Tui Blue Palm Garden

This is a fantastic resort, something to keep everyone occupied. The food was fabulous, extremely fresh and a great variety. The kids club was amazing and the entire property was absolutely spotless. The fitness classes are varied and the instructors are excellent. We had a brilliant family holiday!

Absolutely amazing. Clean, food exeptional, staff really helpful. Room cleaned daily. Free kids club, with amazing staff looking after the kids. My kids didn’t wanted to come back home. All organized to perfection. The perfect holiday for young families.

I will get to the food poisoning in a moment. My aim is to give a balanced review of our 1 week stay at Tui Blue Palm Garden. I am going to start with a positive and outline what could be improved. First of all I must commend the very polite, friendly and accommodating staff here. Everyone was so welcoming and chirpy. It was opening season so it was good to receive a lovely welcome. One big factor for us is feeling welcomed and having polite/friendly staff so this was a big hit for us. When we arrived very late, we were served hot plates. This was lovely and we could tell it was cooked just for us as the food was different to the buffet that was displayed. My son has a nut allergy and the kitchen staff did their best on this day to accommodate. We appreciated this but also knew that it would be difficult during our stay to get a dessert for my little one without nuts. My son is quite happy with fruits and eats a very healthy diet but when we are abroad he does look forward to having a treat. I noticed a review a few years back where someone mentioned the cross contamination of the ice creams which was still evident during our stay. Saying this, the staff did bring out an ice lolly for my son so we were happy that they kindly accommodated again. This cross contamination should be reviewed as it is serious amongst anyone with allergies. We were surprised that it wasn't busy so it was nice to gradually wake up later as the days went on (as opposed to our first day 5am wake up) and know that it wouldn't get too crowded at the buffet. I cannot comment on the kid's buffet as my children ate from the main buffet. We are not vegetarian but I don't gravitate towards meat much when abroad so stuck to the vegetarian/vegan options. The vegan section was very tasty and I would recommend the food there. I booked in for one of the Hatha Yoga sessions which I enjoyed very much. The class was professional and friendly. There is lots to do in Antalya and Reception staff are happy to help you. I was impressed with the taxi service as when we went to Side, the taxi waited for us which was handy. It comes part of the service. Our hotel room was spacious and clean as were the grounds. At night, staff were jet washing the floors near the pool and someone was sweeping the decking area near the beach. The was an influx of jelly fishes in the sea near the shore and from time to time, a life guard would sweep them up with a net. The grounds has a mini golf section, rock climbing section, table tennis and tennis/basketball courts. Near the beach there's ample sun beds with bean bags and hammocks. Thus, plenty of seating to suit everyone. There was a park on the left side of the hotel which was a lovely addition. There was a man who came from time to time to pick up rubbish and drinks. I cannot write enough about this hotel, me and my partner (both 28) went for 10 days mid sept 23 and we have been to quite a few destinations and this one was just amazing. We couldn't fault the service, the food, the facilities or the staff. Every single staff member was polite, happy and helpful. The food was always hot, fresh and plenty of options and every point in the day. i would definitely recommend downloading the tui blue app as that told us all about the activities as well as any specials like additional cocktails etc. We loved it so much we cannot wait to go back and even some of our family members are actually going this year. Fantastic hotel ! The hotel is set in a tranquil beachfront oasis. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room we stayed in was spacious, spotless and cleaned on a daily basis. The tea and coffee making facilities were replenished daily the beds were so comfortable. The choice of food in the main restaurant was excellent, something for everyone and different choices every day. The food at the à la carte restaurant Levante was out of this world ! ( 1 free sitting included in booking ) Every member of staff we met anywhere in the hotel were so friendly and welcoming.

We stayed here three years ago, and absolutely fell in love with it. We've never found anywhere that hits the mark quite like this place. We've tried much more expensive TUI 5 star resorts (Paloma Grida), more exclusive TUI resorts (Sensatori Fethiyde) and this just wipes the floor with them. Everything we have done since has been benchmarked against this, and I think the fact that this as a four star (plus) hotel has much better trip advisor reviews than most of the five stars speak volumes! The architects/designers of this resort, have really thought about how it all works and flows and there's so much here, yet it never feels like a trek to get to food/activities/beach and yet nor does anything feel on top of anything else. The design of small blocks of rooms, well apart from each other, is infinitely more pleasant that the big monolithic buildings that lots of hotels opt for. One key thing here, is the food is insanely good! We try and eat vegan as much as possible, but are absolutely sympathetic to going to a country where meat and dairy is heavily embedded in the culture. But have no fears here, you have the biggest and best choice of anywhere we've ever eaten (see photos). The labelling of every single dish here is perfect for anyone with allergies, everything has a clear label (wheat, celery, milk, egg, fish etc). Even the ala carte restaurants have full menus for you, one exception was the BBQ obviously. We generally eat a well balanced healthy diet, with the odd blow out treat here and there. And if that's your thing (niche market), you can do that easier here than anywhere else we've ever been. I could write for days about our stay and the resort as it was out of this world, and even better second time around, but I will summarize key points here as otherwise no-one will bother to read it. The Good (Magnificent): - Gozleme, best kept secret here. Down by the Purple Turtle a lady hand makes these over a four hour window on select days. Make sure you go! - The food in the main restaurant, see the pictures. - Eating on the terrace, wonderful setting, great design - The grounds, immaculately maintained - The veg garden, a working kitchen garden where the chefs come pick and use some of the produce. - Attention to detail (carvings in the restaurants, that are easy to miss) - The staff, they make it a brilliant friendly experience! - Sun loungers, more than enough for everyone and no mad scramble at 6am for them. - Healthy eating options, flavoured waters, Fresh squeezed juices, masses of fruit and vegetables - The illusionist, one of the evening entertainments, don't miss this it was absolutely brilliant show! - The evening bar, open top option or the second floor option with lovely seats, good drinks and a lovely ambience. - Good gym, with a separate open air gym option (multi-function calisthenics structure) - Water fridges everywhere, you are never far from being able to get water and a towel. - The

Arrived approx 4am after delays and we were greeted with Turkish Tea. Our first impression of the hotel was that it was very clean. We were in block 2210 and close to the main path that leads to reception one way , pool and restaurant in the opposite direction. On our first day we were not so sure about the hotel. There was no music around the main pool and you don't see any hotel reps. All of the activities were on the Tui Blue App. This took some getting used to but what this hotel does deliver on is Customer Service. The hotel is spotless, the staff are always cleaning, they all say hello and ask if there's anything else they can get you - all with a smile. The hotel grow some of their own vegetables and fruit tomatoes, peppers, watermelon. There's the turtles with their own crossing. Food - the food is really good. The pancake lady who is at the side of Purple Turtle are amazing. We can recommend the apple. At the Purple Turtle restaurant you can get jacket potatoes, burgers and pizza, salad. Or you can go to the main restaurant. The A La Carte restaurant Levante - can recommend the Prawn Casserole, Beef Wellington and Poached Pear - see photos below. The Salmon also looked amazing. BBQ was also very good. Lots of different meat and fish, salad, vegetables. The SPA - wow - can recommend the Turkish Bath and Massage - this was the first one we have had and wow it was amazing. So relaxing. We can also recommend the day beds which are also extra but well worth it for a change of scenery. The beds are like marshmallows - you have your own mini fridge, safe and sockets. You can hire them from 10am until 6.00pm and also have food and drinks brought to you for an extra charge. On the last day you can use the Farewell Lounge at no extra cost. There are 3 rooms with shower, toiletries, towels, hair dryer etc. Finally, we just want to send a special thank you to Cansu again for all of her help and support with our query. Good value, outstanding service from the moment we arrived, lovely surroundings, great plentiful food and drinks, great service, recommend the daybeds on the beach and thanks in particular to Mezut for looking after us, had a great holiday will definitely return

Had an amazing week with my daughter. This hotel did not disappoint. Food was amazing, hotel was spotlessly clean the staff were amazing. It was so good I have booked again next year for me nd my husband. A well earned 5 star review. Thank you for an amazing holiday ❤️
