I loved it, I was with mom and dad, they were so happy...Clean, Snowy, unforgettable gem...I loved the fire place and the lounge, Thank you Mr Ismail for your outstanding hospitality, ❤, good food, 👍, healthy surroundings, I recommend and I will come back very soon for skiing...Again thank you to all the staff for the nice hospitality...

Nice hotel, beautiful 😍 Lounge, around a cozy 🔥 fireplace, family oriented service. Breakfast and dinner are tasty, cool staff, down to earth personnel, check in, check out and Concierge Service one of a kind and really personalized...A special thanks to Ismail, front desk manager for his honesty, His straight forwardenes, and outstanding professionalism, indeed recommended, we certainly be back, keep it up....

the place is located on the top of the hill with a view of the whole city. Very beautiful seen. The hotel service was great and very friendly staff.

Otel girişinden çıkışına kadar tamamen sizin mutluluğunuz için çalışan bir ekip var. 25 kişilik bir grup olarak gittiğimiz otelde herkes mutlu şekilde ayrıldı. Bunun en büyük mimarı Otel Müdürü Tahir bey otelin heryerinde sizin iyi bir tatil geçirmeniz için ne gerekiyorsa yapıyor. Hayır cevabı asla duymuyorsunuz . Araçlarımızdan birinin lastiğine çivi girdi hemen lastik tamircisi çağrıldı araç yaptırıldı getirildi. Dışarda ateş istiyoruz 1 değil 2 ateş yakılıyor. Müzik istiyoruz büyük boy amfi getirtiliyor. Dinlenmek küçük bir kafa değişikliği istiyorsanız muhakkak gitmenizi tavsiye ediyorum. Hatta gitmeden yorumları okumuştum çoğu yorumda benzer şeyler yazıyordu bu kadar olurmuş demiştim Tahir bey için az bile yazmışlar .Aşcısından garsonuna kadar herkes güleryüzlü Teşekkürler Esentepe otel. Ayrıca otel tam bir fiyat performans oteli yarım pansiyon hizmet aldık. Hem akşam hemde sabah kahvaltısı alınan ücrete göre oldukça tatminkar. Bir daha görüşmek dileğiyle…..

Odaların temizliği, genel alanların temizliği güzel, önbüro daki arkadaşlar sağolsunlar hep yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar, yardımcı oldular da. Özellikle SPA başarılıydı. Lobi, otel doluluğunu kaldırmıyor, oturacak yer bulamıyorsunuz. Yılbaşı gecesi, eğlenmek istedik fakat daha çok, uzun havalar ve TSM ile dert sahibi olduk. Yetmedi, konuk sanatçı çıkartılarak, daha derin ikinci bahar şarkıları söylendi. Masaya gelen buzları bile elimizle servis etmek zorunda kaldık. Eğlence konusunda vasat. Gerçekten çok üzücü, ödediğiniz paranın hakkını alamadığınız bir yılbaşı gecesi oldu. Orkestra yerine basit bir DJ koysanız, birde dansöz, insanların eğlendiği bir gece olabilirdi.
