"The room and hygiene were both good, and the bathtub was great for photos. I originally booked an elegant room but was upgraded to a pool room for an additional 3.5 million Vietnamese Dong. I was told a 50-minute spa was included, but for some reason, they said it was only 30 minutes, and they didn't mention I could get a complimentary essential oil bath setup. After the spa, I asked the front desk if they could set one up for free, and they told me a rose essential oil bath would cost 155,000 Vietnamese Dong, and it wasn't a daily spa but one per stay! The hotel's internal communication and ordering system was also broken; it only worked when I first logged in. As soon as I clicked on 'communication' in the top right, it just said 'upgrading' and became unusable. So I ended up going to the front desk to order food, which wasted a lot of time. The mini-zoo was also tiny, with just a few sheep, a few pigs, and lots of chickens – not attractive or fun at all. The hotel service is still lacking. I called from my room to request housekeeping, and it took half an hour and another call to finally get someone to come! The breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was delicious. However, the wooden toys on the front desk had freshly applied paint that wasn't dry, and they were just left there without any labels. My child picked one up and got paint all over their hands that wouldn't wash off. Luckily, a kind lady at the front desk used alcohol to clean it off. The overall experience was very mediocre, and I probably won't stay here again. The only good view was at the front desk! Also, everything in the minibar except the water was charged. Not good value for money!"

"Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, including a pool, private beach, sports amenities, sauna, and recreation facilities. There's even a small cinema and a billiards room, which is a great variety. The hotel also offers bicycles and a sauna, which is a nice touch. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, one of the cleaner hotels in its class. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with a lovely private beach and lawn. It's very quiet, which I appreciate. Service: The staff were warm and friendly. They even helped decorate the room for my parents' wedding anniversary, which was very kind. Thank you. Resort Shuttle: The free airport shuttle service is excellent. The Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and cocktail time are great, especially as they coincide with sunset. It's a wonderful experience. The hotel staff are super good. Thanks again, I will definitely be back."

"This detached villa is perfect for families traveling together. There's a shuttle service from the hotel lobby to the rooms, and you can also call for a shuttle to go to the beach. It's very close to the airport, but a bit far from the main attractions, so it's a good place to stay for a few days before moving to a hotel in the city center. The environment, service, and breakfast are all excellent. Highly recommended!"

"Not the best Movenpick Hotel. We lived in Condo, everything there is worn out, needs repair. One of our rooms was smelling something nasty, management couldn't fix the problem, although they offered us to move to other room. No toilets for parents with kids nor for wheelchaired, though hotel provides wheelchair if needed. Food is good, but not much choice la carte. Everything is expensive. Main pools position is not well thought, at least in mid January, when we were there, shadow of the main building blocks the sun and it becomes very cold. May be in summer it is better with shadow... The most horrible thing is that in the very first night at 2 am somebody opened the locked door of our second room where granny with our elder kids were sleeping! Granny was shocked, couldn't sleep well the rest of stay as she was affraid that somebody would break in to the room in the night. Management of the hotel presented us fruit for that accident, it was a mistake of house keepers they said, but fruits didn't help our gramma feel safe in the nights. Better if they had given a loaded gun to feel protected. In other hotels of Movenpick chain everything was much better."

"In the 4-room villa we stayed in, it seemed like ants had built a nest in the largest room on the first floor, with hordes of ants near the head of the bed. Even after checking in, and the bellboy who helped with our luggage saw and confirmed it, he just sprayed some ant killer and left as if it was nothing. We barely used that room. The hotel shares its lobby with Wyndham Garden, but there's a separate counter across from it. Breakfast is also shared with Wyndham. Buggy service is operated separately from Wyndham and needs to be called via KakaoTalk, but the response is so slow that we often ended up walking. Once, I waited 25 minutes with my golf bag and ended up walking from the lobby to our beachfront villa, carrying a golf bag on each side. The price isn't much different from Wyndham, but it was incredibly inconvenient. Wyndham buggies frequently just drive off after asking for a room number. The outdoor pool on the first floor had no water, and only the rooftop pool was filled. The Wyndham Garden pool was under renovation, so only the infinity pool was available. I think they should address the ant problem first, and at least have someone permanently stationed at the buggy service and lobby counter. Alternatively, if the price difference were greater, it might be an option for value for money. This was my third visit to Nha Trang. If we visit Nha Trang again next time, we'll just opt for a 5-star hotel in the city center. It's quicker to get around without buggies, cleaner, has more good restaurants, and cheaper and better massage places seem more abundant. This is my experience after 4 days at Cam Ranh Villas!"

"A wonderful large villa with a beautiful view. The villa comes with basic kitchenware. The beach is gorgeous, and the pool is nice. It's conveniently located near the airport. However, there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The villa has a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave."

"This Nha Trang Jinlan mysterious spa villa is simply amazing! First of all, the 520 single-family villa is simply good value for money. There is also a private pool and kitchen inside. Do you want to eat seafood? It's so convenient to cook by yourself! Three oversized rooms, the total area is more than 200 square meters, single-family villas! Because we two people staying in the housekeeper will pick a room, the other two rooms will be locked. The room on the first floor is convenient for life, the door is the swimming pool, you can swim if you want to swim! There is a room on the second floor to see the sea, and the other is quieter. I chose a quiet one. But later I found out that it was still on the first floor. Of course, if a few friends or family live together, it should also be very interesting to cook together and have a party holiday. If you don't want to cook by yourself, there is a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel that can also deliver meals to the room. The room can see the sea, the bed is comfortable, the facilities are brand new, the 24-hour housekeeper is on call, it is really intimate. There is a large platform on the top floor, blowing the sea breeze, looking at the starry sky, it is cool! There are two big swimming pools and bars in the middle of the villa area. The beauty is turned over. The blue sea water and soft beach are simply the scenery in the painting. This 520 is too powerful, recommended, highly recommended"

"Excellent hotel. Beautiful and clean. We stayed in a villa; it had all the amenities and everything we needed. The management had a fantastic way to communicate with us, which we've never experienced anywhere else (via WhatsApp): you can call a buggy, ask for something, and they'll answer right away – great! There's a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but it's a shame there's no shuttle the other way. We loved everything. Thank you so much. Oh, and I forgot to mention the breakfasts and dinners – they were a real treat, though they're expensive..."

"I traveled alone on vacation and booked a villa with a garden – it was one of my best trips ever! The resort consists of rooms in a multi-story building, two-story blocks, and private villas. The property has 2 amazing pools: large, comfortable, and packed with cool features for kids. There’s also a shop in the main building where you can buy everything from instant noodles and ice cream to shampoo and umbrellas. Two restaurants offer very reasonable prices if you’re on a breakfast-only plan. The resort is literally a 6-minute drive from the airport and, in my opinion, the greenest, shadiest, and most comfortable among nearby options. They provide a shuttle to Nha Trang twice a day, dropping you off at the shopping mall opposite the Lotus Temple on the waterfront, with return shuttles from the same spot twice daily. The ride to Nha Trang takes about 40 minutes. To get around Nha Trang, I used GRAB taxis – just install the app and set ”cash” as the payment method; it worked perfectly. By the way, the resort exchanges Vietnamese dong (VND) at a slightly better rate than the airport. More about the resort: I booked via Trip.com and handled all communication with the resort through the app. Upon arrival, a free pre-arranged transfer (requested via a form they sent) was waiting. The driver met me at the exit with a sign bearing my name. Check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. The resort is large and handles multiple check-ins/check-outs smoothly. My villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (even a flashlight, umbrella, ironing board, and all imaginable toiletries). Housekeeping came daily and provided ample bottled water, so no issues there. There were a few mosquitoes, but the in-room fumigator handled them well. My package included breakfast, served for villa guests at the beachfront restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea (2–4 PM) with drinks, fruit, and pastries – perfect for a midday snack. I chose this resort specifically for its lush greenery, and it was a 100% success! The landscape design, variety of plants, and flowers are indescribably beautiful – you must see it! Waterfalls, ponds, and streams with fish create total relaxation. The grounds are expansive: walking the full loop is nearly 2 km. There’s also a golf course, tennis courts, and a small but well-equipped gym. The resort’s private beach is excellent: plenty of loungers, easy entry into the sea, a lifeguard on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, and it’s very clean. Note: abandoned construction sites flank the resort, and the sea washes debris onto their shores (naturally, no one cleans it), but it’s not excessive. The coastline itself is huge – 17 km long – perfect for endless walks with very few people. The spa is stunning (private lakeside cabins, skilled masseuses), and the Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor of the main building offers incredible views. In summary: This resort suits any type of vacation. For peace and quiet (choose a villa – serene with greenery right outside), or for families/friends with kids (great entertainment, pools, beach, and restaurant menus). I highly recommend it and will return with my family!"
